Great experience with climate control systems of Greenwood so far. Miles came out to inspect my water heater and turned out it wasn't even my water heater putting all that water under my house it was my AC unit. Very thorough inspection and he talked me through every step and showed me pictures. He was very polite very nice very informative. I highly recommend climate control systems. They were able to come out the very next day even though I told him it was not an emergency. They texted and called me to let me know when they were on their way and went to expect them I really appreciated that.

He shows up on time, he’s prominently smart with his work, and very informative I feel as when he leaves I know more about my system then I ever did. Top notch work from a top notch employee. Myles was very professional, very kind, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything from the estimate to fix my dryer vent, through to the end when finished with the repair. He also was very helpful with suggestions and had patience while letting me explain my side of what he was fixing. He made me feel very well taken care of.

He's done work for my sister Barbara Coe and myself and there are no complaints whatsoever of the jobs he has done for us.
Patrick is very knowledgeable about his trade. He communicates well with what needs to be done and answers all questions so you understand clearly.
If he says it needs to be done or this is what I found to be the problem, I believe him.
I never thought that plumbing could be considered an artform but I'm telling you his work is.
In the times we have had Patrick do work, he leaves a clean work space behind. There is never any clean up to do after he is done. His work is not messy and you can tell he takes pride in his work just by looking at it.
Compared to other plumbers I've know, Patrick is a master.

We are getting quotes to install a HVAC system in a new construction. Dylan was very professional. He gaves us pointers to look for when getting our quotes. He appeared honest and straightforward. We appreciate those qualities.

Patrick did an exceptional job installing a new external house tankless water heater after dismantling and removing the old system. We were on our way out of town in a few days and Patrick arrived on a Friday and inspected the current condition, found a new option with tankless exterior install available and returned on Tuesday to complete tear out of the old hot water heater and installation of the new. Miles also helped and these two gentlemen were very professional and installed the new unit efficiently and effectively. Great work, Patrick and Miles!

Scott's Climate Control is who you want to do your HVAC business with in Greenwood. Dylan will get you right with what you need with great savings on heat pumps. He want give you a run around story like these other HVAC businesses around here will do. Either they will try n rip you off or they dont know what they're talking about. I went through all of them. I wasn't in no hurry and Scott's Climate Control is who I went with. Great people, great savings, and great service.

Pat was wonderful! He took time to explain to me exactly what I needed, was able to come back promptly for the service he provided, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend him!

As always thanks for coming out to the far end of the lake. Patrick handled the plumbing installation in a professional and timely manner. His knowledge and recommendations for improving our water quality were very helpful, and he supplied me with the contact information to get things handled. This company and it's employees have been a blessing from plumbing to hvac repairs and upgrades.

Patrick came out to the house and was very thorough with his inspection. He asked questions to find out what was important for the project and then offered several options to give me choices on different pricing. I can tell he has field experience and is interested in long-term success of the project.

I was very pleased with the entire experience with Climate Control. Dylan did a great job of explaining the options pre-purchase, and the follow up a few weeks later to reinspect the work and make sure everything was working properly. Which (unfortunately) is something a bit rare to find in today's world of completing the work and moving on to the next job. So it was much appreciated. My wife and I are so happy we chose to call Ben Franklin for our plumbing issues. Our technician Joey was a true pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to remedy our issues. This wasn't the easiest fix, as we've had 3 other plumbers out who could not figure out the problem. Joey was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. Joey and Ben Franklin definitely made a customer today.

Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Performed a perfect installation of our new kitchen sink and disposal. Everything was cleaned up and we went ahead and planned some other needed projects while he was here. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing!!!

Ken was very polite and professional. He answered all of our questions and was very honest about ways to correct our current situation(leak in pipe inside the wall)and problems that may develop in the near future. I have the same thing to say today as I did in my review a couple of days ago. Danny has been at my home twice this week and did a great job as usual. He was his usual wonderful self and answered all my questions about the new system. He walked my daughter and through absolutely everything. I asked him to look at another issue before he left which he did without hesitation, confirmed a quote and got me on the schedule for Monday morning. He's awesome. Danny is who typically always comes for my scheduled calls (years ago I asked that it be put in my file). My kids and I think the world of him and his expertise.
