Joey done a PHENOMENAL JOB! He’s personality was what I needed today. He was so professional. I was distraught. Crying and had no help. He showed up within minutes. Got the job done and calmed my nerves down. I would definitely recommend this company 1000 times! They are definitely my “Go To” plumbing company from now on! I really appreciate the customer service representative as well. She was soo nice and understanding. I called crying and sobbing during our conversation. I appreciate her patience with me.

My household recently needed an urgent water heater replacement, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Greenwood provided excellent service! Within 30 minutes of our initial call (with very courteous office staff), a technician was at our house to assess and make a plan.
Joey was supremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He was very patient in hearing and answering my questions, and provided helpful information at each stage of the work, including a very quick callback when I had a question after he had left.
Excellent service all around!

Both associates were polite and courteous. They fixed the damage water line and cleared the drain line. I'm completely broke for the rest of the month but hey no more issues :)

Ken and his crew came out today and accomplished more in a few hours than a local competitor did in two trips, and they did it at 1/4 of the price. They were straightforward and went above and beyond to find the best way to tackle the problem. Including, removing a manhole cover that was previously thought to be cemented in place. We were very pleased with the work.

Very pleased with their work. Unique situation, my house was built on a hill, to level out the ground they brought in fill dirt which was clay. My leach field was laid on this clay and the water was not getting absorbed. Mr. Hallam and his crew took the time to figure out my problem and fix it!
Now I’m still getting a lot of ground water but it’s not coming from my septic system, so they came back out after a year and a half and gave me a plan to drain off of ground water. Would highly recommend the work that they do!

Fantastic job! Ken came out and replaced our hot water heater after our previous one was damaged in our flooded basement. So impressed with how quickly he got the job done and how reasonable the price was. Thank you!

Joey and Drayton were very professional and explained everything to me. They cleaned out my main sewer line and I was able to see the video in the process. Was quoted $450-$550 and they were able to go a bit lower. I saw where the break in the sewer line was and will be replacing that in the near future. Thanks for all your hard work guys!

Very pleased with the prompt timing of the service and the knowledge and explanation of the technician, but $387.00 for a technician to work for about 45 minutes and use about $10.00 or less for materials is extreme in my opinion. My Dr. appointment the other week with me paying out of pocket was only $87.00.

Ray spent needed time locating water leak and explaining possible solutions. Very knowledgeable, competent and courteous!
