Thanks to Randy,Josh and mostly Kim plus the whole team for the great quality work from the tear out of the old dock and boat house to the new build. They did a fantastic job .
Randy came up with the design and it came out better than we could have imagined. They handled all the paper work with permits and communicated with us all along the way. The extras such as the boat lift , dock box and ( future) EZ Port for the wave runners will work out well. We feel everything has added great value to our property now and for the future. I definitely recommend Clawson's for any future dock projects on Lake Wylie. Exceptional service ,second to none.

We had a great experience working with Clawson’s Pile Driving & Construction. From the beginning a timeline was given to us and they stuck to it. Josh kept us informed the entire process. From permitting, demoing, and construction, we were aware of what was happening. I had a friend (third party inspector) take a look at the finished product and he was impressed. Our expectations were met and we would definitely recommend Clawson’s to others.

Clawson's Pile Driving and Construction recently replaced our dock and boat lift. They also added a Jet Ski lift. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of work was excellent. They were very accommodating especially since we had a few changes we requested during the project. They were extremely easy to work with and professional throughout the whole process. We highly recommend them

We hired Clawson's Pile Driving and Construction for two projects and they did a great job on both. First they replaced the 4 pilings and installed a new pontoon lift on Lake Wylie. We then hired them to replace the entire dock that wrapped the lift.

On Randy's recommendation we tore the dock down to just the original pilings so that the framing and floats would be new to accommodate the new 40 year warranted MoistureShield decking. The finishing touch was AFCO 275 Series Cable handrail.

It looks great. The crew that did the install was punctual, very professional and they cleaned the beach up when they left. "On time and on budget". As is usually the case, there were a few surprises with the installs but Clawson Pile Driving and Construction made the adjustments work without charging us.

We are very happy and would recommend Clawson Pile Driving and Construction to anyone!

Todd and his crew did an excellent job installing riprap for us. They made the permitting process easy, the communication was great, they showed up when they said they would and we didn’t have any issues.

LWD did a great job on pwc install, dock roof, lift and adding some rip rap. They were professional, worked thru all the permits, and accelerated my project. Solid communication throughout.

Todd and Greg were wonderful to work with and kept us updated through the entire project. The rip rap looks amazing and we could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend them!

Boathouse fell in. Too old. Lake Wylie Dock Construction saved the dock float and rebuilt it with a new gangplank. They were prompt, craftsmanship was great, and they eased us through all the Duke Power lake regulations and application process.

LWDC had already done the emergency call stabilizing the floating dock before anyone else even called back.

Here is the service provider standard. Don’t blow it hiring someone else.

We had our dock built in 2022, it still looks like new. We love it. Solid construction. We are on a busy channel on lake Wylie with constant wave beating from the wake board boats. Our dock had held up beautifully to the constant waves.
