My compressor on my refrigerator/freezer went. I was able to get a same day appointment and had the compressor ordered and ready to be installed the following day. I recently purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s and hired a plumber to install the unit. The installation was extremely expensive and it was accomplished in a sloppy manner. Rather than call the original installer I called Local Appliance and repair. The service technician assessed the faulty installation and methodically fixed all of the problems. Such a great job and at a fraction of the cost that the original plumber charged. Please use this company for you installation needs. Professional service is a phone call away.

Washing machine broke down and called for repair. Problem identified and the necessary part was ordered. Part arrived the next day and when installed everything was as good as new. Repair cost was as quoted and nobody tried to seii me any extra services. All involved were professional and respectful.

They were great, they confirmed the appointment by phone over the weekend and they showed up exactly on time Monday morning. They spent a lot of time assessing the washing machine that had stopped working. In the end, it worked out to be a better deal to replace the machine rather than repair it, they were completely upfront and honest with their assessment. Very professional, honest, and spent the time to really figure out what the problem was. Recommend this company very highly!

My washing machine was moving around the room, so not working efficiently. A1 service member showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement parts. Was to show up to repair the washer in 2 days but was in the area the next day so he came over then to fix the problem. This was done promptly and efficiently. Very pleasant and explained everything he was doing and why. Would use them again and recommend to others. Thanks. 🙂
