Our dryer suddenly stopped heating up so the clothes weren’t drying. I called CLT late at night and they were able to send someone out the next day. Danny came on time, took the dryer apart, found and fixed the problem (thermostat) and cleaned out all the lint and dust that had accumulated inside the parts you can’t get at. I will definitely use them again.

I was pleased with the service and would use this company again. Our dishwasher broke on a Saturday and they sent out a technician the same day. He diagnosed the problem and was able to find a part from a local supplier so we did not have to wait for shipping. He purchased the part on Monday, then came over Tuesday morning to install it. The technician arrived within the scheduled appointment window both times he came out. After the fix, the dishwasher is working again.

After only being 2 years old our refrigerator started squealing and whining horribly. We called CLT appliance repair and they were able to send a technician over the same day! We had motor issue with Vent hood and had a serviced appointment with CLT Appliance Repair. Alex explained the problem with the motor and had it fixed. He showed up on time and help resolve the issue in two days (We had to replace the motor due to the damaged rotor). I highly recommend CLT Appliance Repair.

CLT Appliance repair is a 5 star company which provides superb technicians who specialize in diagnosing and servicing specific appliances. The company sent the technician on New Years Day and there was no up chargeIn diagnosing and repairing my 5 year old Cafe microwave which was mounted over an induction range. The technician went through a long and comprehensive service process to determine why there was no power to the turntable and magnetron. Although having to remove and reinstall the heavy microwave over the range when it did power up three times, the unit would not stay on. He could have easily given up and suggested the purchase of a new microwave but he was persistent and continued to determine to try and repair the unit, even removing the internal electronics from the housing cabinet of the microwave and testing each of the circuits on the main board. Ultimately after his diligent work he determined that a part of the problem was programming of the microwave. Combined with a switch replacement with following the programming process for the unit, the microwave is now operating. His diligent work saved me over $900 in not having to purchase a new microwave. If you require an appliance repaired, CLT Appliance is the company to call. It is a company that is very customer focused and understands why it is important to try and repair the appliance as soon as possible.
