Taylor and the crew did an amazing job removing our trees. Their teamwork was impressive—everyone knew their role and worked seamlessly together. Despite the on-and-off rain, they stayed focused and didn’t let the weather slow them down. When the heavy downpours hit, they took a short break in the truck and jumped right back into action as soon as it cleared.

JM Arbor removed two enormous trees from my yard. Both were extremely close to my house, which made me incredibly nervous. However, I quickly realized after watching the crew for a few minutes that I didn’t need to worry at all. I’m convinced these guys can tackle any job, no matter how persnickety. Using a certified arborist to correctly prune our overgrown oak trees was a great decision. The entire process from planning to execution was professional and friendly. We're very pleased with the results and the improvement to our property's appearance.

Did a completely professional job. Finished on schedule and cleaned all yard waste so well you didn’t know they had been there. Big stumps were pulverized easily. JMArborcare will be my choice for heavy lifting tree trimming/removal.

I had two dead Tulip Poplar trees. One over 100Ft and the other around 75Ft. The larger one was between my house and my neighbors house. The crew did a fantastic job of bringing it down and the other one in the front of my house. When they were finished they spent a good amount of time making sure everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend JM Arbor Care to anyone needing trees trimmed or removed.

We called for quote and the next day someone was at our house, listening to our concerns. Quote was completed and emailed the next day. Then the work day was scheduled. Communication was great and the care for our yard while the crew was working was appreciated. Will use them again in the future. Fair price, excellent work!

Very professional, knowledgeable staff, did a great job with the removal of debris of a downed branch (40 inches thick!) of the big (70 ft) white oak in my property, as well as its pruning. For sure I will use their services again for the other two trees in my property.

Mr Chance Lawrence came out to my property, and I showed him my two tree problems. He took some pictures, listened to my concerns, and told me how the guy would handle the job. I was quoted a price that was slightly less than I expected and a date was set. A couple of fellas came out with the equipment and did the job without any hick ups and both my mother and I was happy with the service. The guys were very knowledgeable with the different trees that are growing in our backyard and I will definitely use Arbor Care again if I have any other tree problems.

Arbor Care is just awesome!! They cut down a dead tree in my yard two weeks ago and did a fabulous job!! Call them when you want a tree removed from your yard!!

John and his team showed up on time, were very efficient and professional. When the amount of trees did not yield as much mulch as John and I agreed upon, John brought another TL a week later from another job to make up for it. I cannot recommend John Mitchell Arbor enough.

A huge tree fell in our backyard, causing all kinds of havoc. We got quotes from several local businesses and were most impressed with JM Arbor Care. They did excellent work, got the job done much more quickly than expected, caused minimal damage to our yard as they moved their heavy equipment in and out, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. There were no hidden/surprise costs, and the overall price was considerably more affordable than the others we got (one quote was almost 3x higher)! They really impressed us, from the beginning of the process to the end, and we'll be happy to use them for more general tree care in the future (just no more huge fallen trees please🙏)

John Mitchell Arbor Care did a phenomenal job removing 3 large pines, 1 large maple, and a large pecan tree. John took the time to map out a plan of attack, explained the precautions taken to preserve the yard and brick work through the area. John also undercut the pricing on 3 other arborists that quoted jobs to me. The team that came out was very punctual at 8:30 AM on the dot and did the job quick and professional. One thing I did not expect was how well the clean up afterwards was. I fully anticipated spending my weekend cleaning up the yard but the team left the yard cleaner then they found it. I have plans for a few other trees in the future and will definitely be using John Mitchell Arbor Care again!

Had an ash tree that was in decline. John came out and assessed our tree and gave us a coupe options and ultimately decided it was best to remove being it was close to the house and had falling branches. Showed up on time with the right tools to get the job done. Couldn’t tell they were there after leaving. Highly recommend.

Cleanup was very good. His stump removal team did an outstanding job as well. We were challenged with all of the rain, so the team had to come a week later...but John's communication was excellent. He kept in touch with me throughout the week and we worked together to time the weather for stump removal. I am very pleased with the job Arbor Care did for me. I had seven trees taken out and others trimmed that were too close to my house. The team was very efficient and exceeded my expectations. The job was done quickly and they cleaned up all debris.

Finding a company that can trim a 15 to 20 foot holly tree has not been easy. Then I found JM Arbor care, they did a great job from beginning to end. This company said what they were going to do and did it. The trimming crew was friendly, educational and above all professional. Great price with a great result, Best company in Ft. Mill, South Carolina for complete tree care.

Billing system is great and they did a great job with clean up. My job had to be split up due to chemical applications that were best applied in spring. Hopefully we will be able to get our Red Oak healthy!
