Southern Dry Carpet Cleaning was able to professionally clean an upholstered couch for us that many other places told us they could not do because of the fabric. They tested an area first to be sure it would work before charging me anything! Chad was so professional and helpful during the whole process and answered all of our questions. The technician Chad/ owner was on time and thoroughly explained the process and provided the best price for my 5 bedroom space and stair case. They have got it going on! From the first phone call to the actual cleaning, the service was an A+. My den carpet was a salvage mission after my 100 lb dog brought in the SC red mud and rolled around on my white carpet. I just asked him to do the best he could with it. It turned out GREAT! I am very pleased. I have already signed up for the 6 month return visit to keep it looking that way (and banned the dog from the den). I also had a problem pee spot from said dog. I had cleaned it but the spot kept coming back. So far, the spot has not reappeared after Chad cleaned it. Chad is a very polite hard worker and has excellent communication with his customers. I very highly recommend him.

Chad is very professional and accomodating. I felt confident I was going to get a great job done before he even started. He reviewed my work order before he started. Took time to but on protective coverings on his shoes and handled the entire process top notch.

I have a cat and the natural products made me feel comfortable he would be safe.
