We are very happy with the cleaning service we received from Southern Dry Carpet Cleaning. This was the 3rd time we have used them to clean our office carpets and rugs. We have several high traffic areas that Chad and his crew really made a big difference. In addition to doing a great job cleaning the carpet; they arrive timely, work quickly and quietly, clean up as they work and are reasonably priced. I recommend them highly.

Chad cleaned our two couches and our bedroom carpet. He was very prompt, had extensive knowledge about what type of cleaners to use on specific materials and worked diligently to provide great results. We have two hairy dogs and he left everything looking and smelling great! Best of all, the couches dried in just 2 hrs. The carpet took 5 hrs to dry but looks & smells great! I highly recommend Chad and Southern DryCarpet Cleaning, especially if you like attention to details.

I have a very busy one-year-old and a dog who hates being cooped up in our home's non-carpeted rooms, so I knew when it came time to clean our carpets, I needed an option that wouldn't leave them wet for a whole day. I chose Southern Dry because I'd read several other great reviews about Chad's service on Yelp. He didn't disappoint! Chad responded to my inquiry for a quote in a timely fashion, and worked me into the schedule within just a few days. He arrived promptly, behaved courteously, and kindly explained the cleaning process to me since I'd previously only had experience with steam cleaning.

My toddler was asleep when Chad arrived so he couldn't take a look at the carpet that would need cleaning in his room, but he was still game to clean it when my son did wake up right around the time he was finished with the other rooms. As a bonus, he used styrofoam blocks to keep the lighter furniture I'd emptied out before he arrived from touching the carpets before they were dry. I loved that Chad actually even knocked the price down a bit from what he'd quoted since my estimates weren't perfect. The best part was the carpets really were dry in a fraction of the time they would have been if I'd gone with another service. The prices are a bit higher than you'll get from a traditional steam cleaning service, but with such great customer service and excellent dry time, not to mention a more organic cleaning method, it's absolutely worth the extra investment. I highly recommend Southern Dry Carpet Cleaning!

Excellent work! We neglected cleaning our carpets for several years, but Chad was able to get them clean and odor free! They look amazing! Great pricing, professional, and convenient since this cleaning method does not use water. I plan to use Southern Dry Carpet Cleaning every year! I highly recommend this business!!!

I cannot recommend Chad highly enough! This is the first time we've used Southern Dry Carpen Cleaning and he provided the best service - by far!
He is professional and has an amazing attention for detail. His preparation, cleaning, and finishing of our carpets was top-notch. He used high-quality supplies and devoted the time he said he would to clean our carpets. I knew he was a keeper when I saw him get out a vacuum with a baseboard attachment to finish prepping the carpets. My baseboards haven't EVER seen one of those!
His estimate was thorough and on-target. It has been about a month since Chad was here and we are STILL commenting on what an increduble job he did and how good the carpets feel. Chad freshened up our whole house and we couldn't be happier!

From the very first call through the delivery of my 'like new' throw rugs I was so impressed w/the professionalism, speed, thorough cleaning and scotch-guarding of my rugs. It only took a week even though estimated timing was 7 -10 biz days. the price and quality were worth every penny! I'll definitely be using them again for any add'l rug/carpet cleaning.

Chad from Southern Dry Carpet Cleaning cleaned 4 bedroom carpets for us. He was very professional and did a great job. We have had some pet accidents and asked for the pet treatment but since there were no visible stains he wasn't able to treat the areas. We appreciated his honesty that he was unable to do this and said it didn't seem necessary to him which we were good with as it saved us money if it wasn't needed. He was responsive to my messages and showed up on time. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the near future for my area rugs as well as a yearly carpet cleaning.

Chad at Southern Dry Carpet Cleaning does a fantastic job every time. I'm so impressed at how the carpet looks after he is finished. I have a lot of stains because I have two kids, and it's amazing what he is able to get out, especially if you start using the carpet protectorate (I recommend if you have a lot of traffic and/or stains!). I normally do not take the time to review many businesses, but Southern Dry is not only a great value, but extremely professional!
