Wayne is a nice guy however I told him when he got to my home & moved the refrigerator that I needed to put something down so it wouldn't damage my wood floor. Well he moved the frig, and cut the floor then took pictures of it after he moved the frig back n place & showed me the picture to say those cuts was already in the floor, we hadn't been got the floors installed but he lied like he didn't do it. That part about him I couldn't stand because he was dishonest & he didn't want to accept responsibility for what I asked him to be careful with. He knows his stuff but I don't ever want him at my house again. I wasn't going to do a review but since it was sent for me to take 3 wks later then here's the truth.

We have used W. W. Prevention services numerous times. In fact they installed a camera system not too long ago-works great. Fast service and honest service. They also worked on my washing machine. I was impressed by their knowledge and attention to detail at a reasonable price. If you're lucky enough to live in York County South Carolina area I highly recommend their services. Great service at a great price and pack in integrity as well.

Highly recommend, Wayne runs an extremely honest business (which is hard to find these days). I called due to a washing machine issue. I gave him the details on what was going wrong, and he gave me an idea to try and see if it would fix it, if not he would come out and take a look. After a few short minutes of following Wayne’s simple instructions, my washer was working like new! He saved me on a hefty Samsung repair bill. Most companies would want to come out and diagnose, schedule repair, etc. but Wayne was extremely helpful and saved me the hassle/expense. Awesome way to run a business and he will undoubtedly be my first call when anything goes wrong with my appliances.

I typically do not take the time to write a review however, great customer service and satisfaction deserves recognition. I was in desperate need to have my refrigerator and dishwasher installed in my new home after the movers realized that the job was beyond their capabilities to manage. Wayne was called and asked to come out and fix the issues. He came by yesterday and looked at the work that I needed to be done. He was very thorough about what he needed to do and the proper equipment that he would need to complete the job correctly and safely for my appliances. He told me that he would be back today and he was very prompt. Wayne was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, very respectful of my appliances but, especially respectful of my new home. I highly recommend Wayne’s Appliance Repair and I will be using him for any future appliance repairs.

Wayne did an excellent job installing our new stove. He took extra time to make sure he did not scratch the floors and checked it for any gas leaks.

Messaged Wayne on a Sunday afternoon and He personally called Me back within an hour .. Came by on Monday morning to do a Washing machine repair .. He was on time and very thorough explaining exactly what the machine needed and what the cost would be.. He also had the parts in stock on His Van .. He did a Great Job and was very reasonably priced .. Will be using Him in the future for all our appliance repair needs !!

I was raised to try to fix things with my own hands if at all possible. I had an issue with my dryer overheating. I followed every recommendation to remedy the issue myself. I took the dryer apart, cleaned every bit of lint out of it, cleaned the lines, etc. I reached the point I realized, if I started replacing parts based on what I thought was the issue, I would likely have been better off replacing it. So I finally made the call. At 8:10AM this morning. He arrived 2 hours and 35 minutes later. An hour later, the dryer was like new. He discovered the element had gone bad and was close to melting the side of the dryer, with burn marks on the side of the can the element is housed in. The bad part was, Google had given me an override option to bypass the overheating code. If I had done that, I could have burned the house down. Wayne was polite, timely, and was without a doubt, somebody I trust would do the work right, the most cost effective way, with OEM parts, not Amazon junk. I would definitely call him again and recommend to anyone. Owner/Operator business. Not a massive company focused on charging by the job.

We had a problem with our fridge, so I called Mr Wayne. He can the next morning and repaired right then. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong.
