Called Wayne for a stove repair. He called back within 20 minutes. We made an appointment for as soon as possible (holiday weekend)
He called back to confirm. He called when in route, came at the time scheduled. He explained everything about the appliance and what needed to be done to fix it. He did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him. His pricing was very fair which I cannot say about other companies I have used.

I highly recommend Wayne's Appliance Repair. I called him around 8 a.m., and my dryer was repaired before noon. Wayne answered the phone himself and arrived quickly. He didn't have the necessary part on his van, but ordered one and returned within 30 minutes. His price was very fair and reasonable. Wayne is your guy if you want to do business with a local repairman rather than a big company that advertises on TV!

Wayne's Appliance came out the same day and fixed my fridge. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Did not try to sell me anything or uncharged. Explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. 100% will recommend him to anyone!!

I randomly chose Wayne’s Appliance Repair based on the good reviews on Google. My 27 year old Whirlpool Gold washing machine broke, and I didn’t want to buy one of the new models that aren’t made as well. Wayne came out within a few days and diagnosed the issue. He ordered the part (a motor) and came back 5 days later to fix it. While working on it, he found that there were another 2 parts that needed replacing. Fortunately, he had those on his truck. He was nice enough not to charge me for one of them. The total cost was $405. One advantage was that Wayne owns the same washing machine, so he knew just what to do. Wayne sent me text messages confirming the appointments and letting me know when he was in route. He was on time and reliable. My washing machine is working great now, and I am hoping that it will outlive me. I highly recommend him for appliance repair!

Called Wayne about an older dryer that wasn’t heating. He came out the very next day. Alerted me to the fact that the dryer vent was loaded and a fire hazard. (I didn’t know anything about that.). Referred me to a dryer vent cleaning company. Once that was done, he came back the next day with the new heating element. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them for appliance repair from now on!

Wayne calibrated the temp of my oven. He was methodical and explained his process as he worked to get the temp correct. I was pleased with his service and will call him again for other appliance repairs. His pricing was fair.

Had a gas flame issue with stove top and oven. Called Wayne’s Appliance Service and he responded very quickly to review the situation. He recommended calling the gas company about the regulator and gas flow. Gas company came out and was able to diagnose the root cause. Thanks to Wayne for his response and guidance on the issue.

Truly amazing!! Great customer service and genuinely a great guy I called 5 different people for my machine machine and every single one except Wayne's appliance was tryin to charge so much just to come see what was wrong not including the work to fix it but Wayne has legit the best prices around me and is Truly a reasonable guy and super honest it was a simple fix and he didnt try to upsell anything or overcharge I 110% recommend this company for any appliance work dont bother with any other company they can't beat his prices and work trust me you will see when u hire him!!
