Had them come and clean my house before I moved out and it looked and smelt fantastic. I don't know what they did but I walked into the house and it smelt like someone baked some apple crisps and it filled the whole house. Great job guys! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

One of the worst companies to deal with! Unprofessional at best. Save yourself time, head aches and money.... Choose anyone else. I had a fire in my house, no structural damage mostly smoke and cosmetic damage. They promised the world and at great speeds. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. The job went close to six weeks over time and the cost increase was out of this world. I was getting bills from people I had never hired that said I owed them thousands for work they did for mustang on my house. I never authorized any one other than mustang. Trust me don't walk away from these guys RUN LIKE your future depends on it.

Trevor and his team communicated well and were timely with our duct cleaning! When we scheduled, I wouldn't have thought of requesting the dryer vent to be cleaned as well, so I was glad that they were thorough in what needed to be done to make the job great! Thanks!

Mustang Disaster Cleanup in Story City, Iowa did an outstanding job of both cleaning out individual dryer vents in our condominium complex as well as creating and completing a method of cleaning the overall vents carrying the dryer debris to the outside. After 10 days of broken pipes pouring water into my kitchen and basement while I was out of town, the flood damage was extensive. I contacted Mustand informing them our basement had flooded and it was starting to smell like mold. They gave me tips on how to clean it, and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and do an inspection. They were here the next day checking everything out and was very helpful! They gave us the option to use them for cleanup, and they also gave us instructions on how to do it ourselves if we wanted. They did not pressure us into using their business, which was huge! I had a sewer blockage that caused my basement to flood. I contacted a company to come out to assess the situation and was told they couldn’t get to get for 3 months. I contacted Mustang Disaster Clean Up & was contacted immediately. They came out immediately the next day and told me they could start right away. They even placed air purifiers and dehumidifiers on the same day of their assignment to help minimize further damaged and sewer smell. The Mustang crew that was sent were a pleasure to work with and advised me of every step they were taking to get my basement cleaned & sanitized. They were thorough on taken out everything contaminated by the sewage water from carpet, baseboards, drywall etc. They even provided an invoice on the final cost when requested. From employees to work performed, I was extremely satisfied and would recommend Mustang Disaster Clean Up to anyone in need of service!

Ariel was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She never once complained or talked disparingly about the mess. My disabled elderly brother was very pleased with the cleanup.
