Was very please with Merit heating and ac. Zac was early, diagnosed the problem timely and had us back with air in less than 2 hrs. And that was even having to go get a special part. Would highly recommend them

Merit helped us replace our heating and AC unit. Zach was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We couldn't have asked for more. If you want a service-oriented company, this is a perfect choice.

We had a great experience with Merit! Our furnace broke on the Friday before Christmas, and they were the only ones who could come out that day. Trevor and Zach arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and gave us clear repair options. We chose to install a new unit, and Zach came out the very next day to install it—just in time for the holidays! We’re so grateful for their fast, honest, and efficient service. Highly recommend!

These guys were incredible coming out same day for qoute, and partial repairs to get our AC up and running during a recent heatwave so I wouldn't come home from the hospital to a house temp of 85°+. They came back a week later and fixed the heating side of the repairs needed. Did great work, good pricing, and were both supper kind in all our dealings.

Amazing!! Called Merit and got in touch with Zac immediately. He was able to fix our AC in the heat of July on the same day he came to assess it! (On a Saturday!!!!) His transparency and willingness to work with our needs (as opposed to other companies in the area) made Merit the obvious choice AND will be our choice for anything HVAC moving forward!!

We had a bird make a nest in our unit. The guy came to clean it out, inside & outside unit. Price seemed pretty steep. Almost $2000!!!! And I picked them bc previous reviews said reasonably priced. Ha! He had to come back the next day bc it still wasn’t working and then decided to check the Freon levels… didn’t quite seem right.

Merit heating is the only company I will ever call again. They got our furnace installed and running the same day they came out, super friendly and professional. Pricing was excellent.

Our AC went out and the company we actually have a membership with (and who advertises 24/7 emergency service) didn’t return our calls. Merit picked up right away, we talked to a real person and not some call center robot, and Zach showed up and got us taken care of. He went above and beyond and honestly saved us when we were sweating it out and unsure of what to do. Definitely recommending them to anyone in the future because they showed up where others didn’t, and had great service.

Fast to respond and great communication. Just had them do a cleaning on my furnace but feel very confident they would respond quickly if I had a repair needed.

Called Merit when our furnace went out on a Saturday in mid January when the wind chill was -25° outside. They came the SAME DAY to repair it and get us warm again. Appreciate Zach and the crew for their hard work and coming on the weekend for the repair. Give them two thumbs up for their service!
