Fixed my rattling noise and cleaned the unit which was very dirty. Showed me pictures and videos even tho I was present. Very detailed with the work that was done and showed me possible issues that may arise so I'm prepared. I would definitely call them again!

Someone was there the next business day, diagnosed our problem, and fixed it all in one day! The team kept us well informed of the problems, and gave us several options for fixing it. Merit Heating and Air has been tending our HVAC system for a couple of years. Recently both owner Zach and his assistant Trevor did my annual winter inspection. All checked out well and we even reviewed the possibility of placing a fan blower to get extra heating and cooling to a far-away bedroom. Always a great, clean and a efficient job.

If you need work on your heating or cooling, Merit is the one to call. My air conditioning was not cooling. I didn't have any idea who to call, so I just picked one. This was on a Saturday after my first call, leaving a message they responded promptly. The one that showed up was Trevor, and this gentleman was the best. He told us what was wrong, and yes, he fixed it. Trevor also showed me what it would cost to fix my air conditioner. You won't be disappointed great work thanks Trevor.

We had someone out 4-5 times to fix miscellaneous needs for our air conditioner and furnace. After being told the only option for us is to get a new finance, Merit came in and informed us we had a great furnace and just needed a few things to tune it up! After my furnace quit working in the middle of the night, I immediately woke up and messaged Merit for help! While I had no prior knowledge of the company, I couldn’t ignore the staggering amount of 5-star reviews they had!

Today, I can tell you that I couldn’t be any happier with my decision. Zach & Trevor answered my call for help and had a brand new furnace installed and working by 5pm the same day! Our furnace stopped working and the first place we called didn’t spend much time figuring out the issue before they left us, still without heat. Found Merit and Trevor spent a lot of time working with us to get us heat. The problem was complicated and took a couple days, but he was persistent. The furnace makes a high pitched whistling noise now but does give heat due to his tenacity. Trevor did everything he could, trying a bunch of different things to fix it. We appreciate all the work he put into helping us. Price didn’t break the bank either. Would recommend 5/5.

Merit did a great job diagnosing our issue and helping us get to a resolution quickly. They were all super professional and kind.

We had a great experience! Our heater was intermittently acting up for months. We had another HVAC company come out first and they didn't know what was wrong with it. About 2 more months went by and eventually it stopped working altogether. Trevor came out pretty quickly after I called. He diagnosed it and repaired it same day. We have had no issues since! Yay! Thanks Trevor!! We are happy to spend $$ to get it repaired and not have to buy a whole new furnace. :)
