Great company I have worked with Jeff and the guys for a number of years on many projects and they always jump right on my projects witch sometimes are big but sometimes super small.

Summit installed the HVAC in my home when it was built 5 years ago. This summer weve had issues with system. Upon contacting Summit, we were redirected to another service provider. I would recommend a business with the integrity to stand by their equipment and installations. Or you may find yourself with failing hardware and a business unwilling to maintenance it.

Called up Summit Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon to proclaim that I had a leaky outdoor faucet. The fellow I talked to on the phone said that all of his guys were out on service calls, and he doesn't send them out after 3 for new calls. This was around 2 PM when I called. He said if one of his guys got done with the job they were currently on, he have him give me a call. About 2:30, I got a call and he said he'd be able to come out and take a look. In about an hour I had a new water-tight outdoor faucet that works perfectly. I've never actually had to call a plumber before, because I've taken care of whatever had to be done myself, so I haven't no idea if what they charged me was a deal or not, but it seemed reasonable due to this repair being above my skill level.

They took good care of me, and were friendly. Recommended.

Jeff at Summit has taken care of a couple of my homeowner plumbing needs, and he will be my first call for any such needs in the future. I had a frozen pipe that split years ago.. and Jeff was recommended by a friend. He was fast and affordable in the fix. When we were struggling with our gas water heater this year, he and his staff tried to keep the old one running, since a new one would not meet code. (new requirements for exhaust) In the end, I had to convert to an electric water heater. Jeff's had competent staff people who were friendly, knowledgeable ( researched options and presented a solution) and cleaned up after themselves. I do most of my own plumbing, but when it's over my head, I call Summit.

Have used Summit several times over the years to fix or replace faucets, toilets, a garbage disposal and a water heater. Geoff is awesome! Good work and great attitude/customer service.

A+++++ plumbing service. E-mailed on website issue with water heater after they had closed for the day. I received a phone call and a visit to my home the next day from Geoff, one of the plumbers. Water heater installation started that afternoon. Geoff even called me when he was running late!!!! Personable, time efficient, and courteous. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

I've known the Ellerbrock's for years. Always reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest! This week I was in the hospital unexpectedly, and our water heater went out. The came over and installed a new one the same day, so I could have a hot shower when I got home. These guys are THE BEST! Highly recommend them!

I called Summit with a couple of issues at my home, they offered to come the same day and arrived on time. Geoff was very friendly while he assessed the issues, he then fixed them quickly with top notch quality.

One Hour Air did a great job on my duct cleaning and UV Light install. Every duct and return air was cleaned in the house. The UV Light was an excellent addition to the house. I can't stress enough how happy I am with how little dust accumulates now! The house smells and feels cleaner! The pricing for both items were very reasonable and I would definitely do it again. Fast response to my need, honest work and great service. I received exactly what was expected of Merit. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave me options of service. Highly recommend!

They installed a forced air, heating and cooling 1200btu HVAC system with 3 zones. They were very knowledgeable of the entire system, and installed in a very timely manner. They were able to come out take a look at my house and give me multiple options based specifically on what I needed for my house. As for price, they were in the middle of the competitors and would happily pay for the ease and quality of their work.

Zachary from Merit Heating And Air Conditioning was awesome to work with. He arrived at our house when he said that he would. Zach and the merit team are extremely responsive fair priced and came out within 2 hours of my call on New Year’s Eve morning! They explained everything start to finish! Highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC repairs!

They were able to come as soon as the day we called. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to find out the problem with our AC unit fairly quickly, even though our unit is very old and parts are hard to come by, and we were back up and running in less than 2 hours!

Zach and the Merit team did an excellent job with the furnace repair. He was very professional, and explained exactly what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. 10/10 would recommend!

Very expensive... Cost me two hundred fifty dollars to have the technician.change the regular fuse out... Was here about fifteen minutes

The guys are very nice and knowledgeable. We called on a Saturday morning and were able to have them out in the afternoon. Thankfully it was an fix but they are our go to from now on
