Kostya’s business Elevate Your Home was suggested to me to repair several issues (minor and major) around our home. Kostya was efficient, knowledgeable and accurate in every instance from repairing and painting where there was damage to the door, window, deck, grill, windows - you name it Kostya did not hesitate to repair. He always assessed the situation, explained the problem and solution and then methodically repaired the issue repeatedly. He left the area clean, and his work done in a timely manner. I have worked with a large number of contractors over the years doing home remodels and Elevate Your Home is one of the best. They have done great work for me on a large number of projects at various properties over the last 1.5 years. They show up when they say they will and ensure the quality of work is satisfactory to the customer. The owner is an extremely customer focused person and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Some of the work completed included installing new kitchen cabinets, vanities, flooring, trim, drywall and more.

Costa and his team at Elevate Your Home have come through for me completing quality work, in a timely manner, at a reasonable price, for several different projects and repairs at an income property I own in Sioux Falls. He is both honest and trustworthy. Sometimes it can be tough to know who to call when unique problems arise. In one such case I had water that was leaking on to a basement bathroom floor. After having two different plumbing companies out, who charged me, but fail to diagnose the issue, I called Costa. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue and was able to determine exactly what the real underlying problem was. His persistence saved me alot of frustration and money. I have since then had Costa’s team complete a partial remodel on a bathroom, install new plumbing fixtures, and install flooring. All the work was done on time and within budget. I will mention two qualities that are very important when working with a handyman. 1. Trust! Because Konstatine has worked with a friend of mine on many projects, I knew that my friend trusted him completely. Konstantine did several projects for us and was in our house several times when we were not there. It is always important to know you can trust someone and that is true with Konstantine. 2. Quality! His work was excellent! He is a bit of a perfectionist, which is what I look for as a quality in various aspects of hiring people. When the projects he is working on are done,, they are done right.

Costa did a wonderful job with adding a door from our garage to the backyard. Would definitely recommend him to others. We will be using him with other projects around the house.

Hands down the most professional and dependable company I've worked with in Sioux Falls for directional boring. Mark took my call and arranged a time to meet. He showed up on time and gave me a price the next day then arrived 1 day later as planned to do the work. The price was lower than the other contractors plus he treated my place with the highest respect
by leaving it as clean as possible. I am so grateful and blessed to have Mark and the his team help me out. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants professional and dependable service!

I have had the most unfortunate experience with HomeDepot. We just bought a new place and found flooring at HomeDepot to install. I set up a measure appointment two weeks out and paid the deposit, the contractor called me the morning of my appointment and said he will be at the place anywhere from 2-4pm. I took the afternoon off work, sat in the empty place for the two hours, he was a no show. After bouncing around phone calls with several reps they "pulled some strings" and got me a new appointment two days later. Again he called me in the morning, gave me my two hour window. I sat in the empty place and he DIDN'T SHOW UP. After taking off two unpaid afternoons, I am furious. Both times he had some lazy excuse as to why he didn't come, a phone call would have been appreciated. I called for a refund of my deposit, with no apologies whatsoever from the store manager. We now only have 2 weeks until move in and no flooring appointment, so disappointed. I'm happily going elsewhere for any of our renovation needs from here on out due to extreme lack of customer service from HomeDepot.

Total lack of integrity. We were opening a business and had them quote flooring. They quoted $0.89 a sq ft to install. This made the price better than colored concrete so we went with it. When they came to measure, they repriced installation at $1.99 a sq ft saying it was a different price because it was commercial even though the original quote said “commercial” on it. Even after escalating to management, they would not honor the price. Now project date in jeopardy and cost will increase over $1,500. If you get good pricing on a quote from Home Depot, you should assume it is a bait and switch tactic.

Horrible experience! They did NOT calculate the tile measurements correctly shorting us 3 boxes on the day the contractor came to install. We made a second round trip of 80 miles the next day to purchase 3 more boxes and they sold us the wrong tile!!! Called they stated they did not have anymore of that particular tile that is why they shorted is the first place! Would have been nice to have been informed that! They stated Sioux City had 36 boxes so we called that location and now have to make a 150 mile round trip to retrieve the product we need to finish tiling our shower.
