We’ve had Mitch at our home on multiple occasions completing projects we’ve requested. A new pantry, a new closet under our stairs, finishing a laundry room, and adding french doors in our home office to our backyard. All our projects have been a delight and more than we expected. Mitch always comes in with low bids, but provides high quality work. We appreciate all the work he has done to make our home amazing!

Mitch did a great job of installing a fan above our stove in the kitchen. He came to our home, listened carefully to what I wanted done, gave me an estimate for the work and a date when he could do it. He did the work on time and was both friendly and professional--cleaning up after himself very carefully each day. I would definitely use him again for home projects.

Originally a 5 star review, although it was asked for and paid for, Mitch did do timely and decent work. Be aware that he will insist on doing it his way, or he will refuse the work. I even referred Mitch to my parents. However, things changed when I asked him to quote a larger project for my house. We decided to downgrade the project as his original estimate was high. Rather than work with us, he claimed he spent hours on estimates I never saw and has a policy against too many revisions. Mitch even brought his kids into the conversation for some reason. All of this and he had the audacity to call me “unprofessional” for wanting to save money. Mitch is a decent guy, but after this exchange and talking with him, he just seems a bit off. I’d recommend finding someone else to work with.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had a study renovated into a bedroom and a pantry/closet built in an open kitchen area. The work exceeded expectations in every way and the new pantry/closet is so beautifully done with craftsmanship woodworking and tailoring to our specific home design that it’ll easily be a new highlighting feature of the home. Thank you!

We reached out to Mitch, asking for carpet installation, as most of the stores in Sioux Falls wanted us to buy carpet from them in order to have our carpet installed.
Mitch doesn't do carpet installation. However, he was so kind i'm providing with contact informations for carpet installers, and went the extra mile by calling one of his contacts, so he got us in touch with Aaron, a carpet professional, who is going to be able to help us out on installing the carpet that we need.
