Mitch is awesome and his work is amazing. I asked him to incorporate a stained-glass mosaic into my fence. His artistic creativity was beyond my expectations. It was a pleasure working with him. Would highly recommend this company.

Wow, first he’s very thorough and professional. We asked Mitchell to remodel our bathroom, bedroom and install an egress window (along with a few other smaller things). He also helped with our storage crisis and installed wood shelving in the garage. It’s nice that he did most everything himself, even digging out the hole in the middle of February for the egress window. We are very pleased with how everything turned out and it meant a lot to us that he actually came out to look at the project first to assess everything then sent us a quote for the project, whereas a lot of contractors gave us astronomical price quotes over the phone without looking at anything. We have a few other projects that we need to get done, so we’ll definitely be contacting RPM in the future.

We had a unique project to add 3 barn doors to a room. Mitch accommodated our needs and finished it in a weekend. Very thorough and doesn’t rush through a project. Looks great and exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend and will definitely use Mitch again for future projects.

Mitch built me a 10x10 deck. Tore down the old one, built a new one. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Very competitive price for a superior product. Mitch takes his job seriously and took huge pride in building high quality deck with super nice artistic touches and craftsmanship. Mitch was by far the lowest estimate I got from several local businesses, so I wasn't sure what the finished product would be like. I am so happy with the deck! Absolutely beautiful. We needed a handful of things done to the house and Mitch handled it all perfectly. We had a new back door to the garage installed, a new patio door, and a new deck done. Mitch got it done within the time frame he quoted, and did a thorough and quality job. Would recommend!

I am very happy with our experience with Mitch Mullens and Mullens RPM. From the start, Mitch was quick with communication when other contractors were slow or not respondent.

We wanted to remodel two bathrooms and another half bath - a significant project. I do not have experience with remodeling and am terrible at design and Mitch made this process easy - he truly is an artist!

It was so much fun working with Mitch and watch his creative juices flow. We wanted a white subway tile bathroom and Mitch found ways to elevate the space.

Our bathroom is challenging because of its extremely small size. We can't show full pictures because it's so small. But the results are incredible. It feels open. It feels luxurious and we couldn't be happier.

Overall his timeline and quote were spot on and reasonable. His communication was also strong and most importantly I trusted his judgment and knew he had our best interest in mind.

Mitch is an honest contractor. A good soul and a man we will definitely be reaching out to for future remodel needs.

Awesome experience! Mitch showed up everyday, saw progress everyday. On time, on budget, and beautiful work. He is very transparent and easy to work with. Lots of little extras with attention to detail. Could not be happier!

Mitch did excellent work installing an egress window in a basement bedroom. I appreciate his attention to detail, from the prep work to the clean-up. He goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and even took time to make a few other repairs that weren’t part of the project. He was good at communicating about the schedule and progress throughout the job, and he didn’t mind a couple of curious onlookers when my young kids wanted to check in. He even picked out some decorative pavers to place in the window well just for them. I’m extremely happy with the with window and look forward to working more with Mitch in the future. High recommendations!

I would highly recommend Brooks Construction for any cement projects that are needed to be done ... They did my sidewalk and ground the tree roots so the roots wouldn't affect the sidewalk for a good long time .... Very great !!!!

Brooks does a great job. They're on time, don't do cheap work, and are the best at stamped and stained concrete.

I would have to say the service I got from Brooks construction was great, Although just my small project that I had them do came out great, I am really excited about having them come back out to do some kind of decorative concrete patio for me. Thanks guys

I definitely would NOT recommend Brooks Const. based on my personal experience. They replaced most of the 20 year old concrete in my driveway. Within 6 months surface chipping started and within a year and a half there were large areas of significant chipping. When I asked what is happening, the rep looked and said emphatically, "It is salt! Nothing we can do for you!" When I offered I had never used salt, he blamed it on city street salt dropping off our cars. There is no similar chipping in an adjacent section poured a few days later from a different batch......the chipping goes right to the line and stops. To top it off, as he walked away he insulted what I do for a living, when I said I would have redone a failure like this no charge. I sent a personal letter to Ray Brooks requesting we talk, but I've gotten no response. I expected good product and good service and got neither.

I had wanted a walkway from the back of my house to my garage and Brookes Construction did an AWESOME JOB !! They got it done exactly like i wanted it. I would highly recommend them to EVERYONE !!! Thanks so much for doing this for me.

A HUGE THANK YOU to the Sioux Falls Team once again this year. I have used your company for years on Property Management Restoration, Mold issues and cleaning carpets in my personal home. For 10 months my beloved lab was sick in my small home and my 3 small dogs then made several "Problem Spots" that are much worse than ever before. New carpet is the answer however, your team came in with "The Claw" and extracted those spots down to the sub flooring. My house is so clean, smells wonderful, carpet looks almost new!!!
