Had Water in the Basement when we had all that rain a few weeks ago and they came very quickly and were able to dry things out quickly. They had clear understanding of what needed to be done and were very efficient. I was kind of lost before they got here but once they were here it was peace of mind to know they had a plan.

Rainbow did a fantastic job! They worked with my schedule and got in asap. The carpet looked like new when they were done! They even got out the slime, red lip stick, and makeup from the carpet! It also dried very quickly too so we were able to utilize our home shortly after it was completed! I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning!

We received a calm from our rental property about a toilet leaking from 2nd story bathroom all over a bottom unit. We called Rainbow and even though it was 11pm they were over right away to help clean up the damage. They were able to get fans going so fast, we were able to save the carpet (since it was all fresh water). The team made the process so easy and helped us understand how everything would work!

Rainbow was like a breath of fresh air! They were timely and professional. All of the water mitigation equipment in my home was set up quickly. All communication was professional and timely. Unfortunately I had a water problem in a basement room on Memorial weekend. Rainbow was called to mitigate the issue. They were quick to respond, worked hard,, and had the mitigation started in a very timely manner. Follow up procedures were done also timed well and consistently to keep drying progressing well. All staff were careful, considerate, and respectful. They handled the job excellently and professionally. Absolutely the best place to call when you have an issue! We have had plenty of work for them in our older home and in our business locations and they will assist 7 days/week. One of the best teams that I've dealt with.

I came home to a flooded basement at 6pm and Rainbow was at my house pumping out water within 90 minutes. Their employees were so kind, courteous, and professional. They helped me move all my belongings out of the flooded area and even disposed of things for me. They also worked directly with my insurance company to get payment and paperwork all taken care of. 100% recommend them!

I work in the hotel industry which has allowed me to have numerous transactions with many contractors in the Sioux Falls area. I must say that I was very impressed with Rainbow Restoration from the very first phone call to schedule an on site estimate with myself thru the completed services provided. They were always on time for appointments. They were professional in appearance and performance in the eyes of guest stand with the hotel. What they said they could do they did. And there is absolutely no hesitation or push back when I added extra tasks that were not in the original bid. If you are taking the time to read this review you have obviously came across many contractors that cannot do any of the above. The estimate was the cost, there was no attempts to upsell anything or pressure to add extra services at any time. I highly recommend that you take my review to heart because it is hard to impress me and rainbow restoration as done that so I am taking the time to write a review on their behalf which I rarely do. At any point you have any concerns after securing a contract with rainbow restoration all you have to do is bring it up to their attention and they will handle the situation until you are satisfied.

As we contacted Rainbow to help with our water damage from the storm downpour of rain, they guided us what to do until they were able to help.
They saved us tremendously with their advice.
After the restoration and repairs, were completed, our home is better than before.
The staff was knowledgeable and worked in a timely manner.

We noticed our dishwasher was leaking, pulled it out and found significant mold and water damage had been caused to walls, cabinets, flooring, etc. We contacted our home insurance and they connected us to Rainbow. This was on a Sunday evening, not ideal timing for a home event, but Rainbow was amazing! Megan called and let me know they would be taking care of us and someone would be out in 30 minutes to our house. A technician arrived in 30 minutes and set up fans to start the drying process and let me know they'd be out again right away in the morning the next day. The next morning Tori and Eddie arrived and walked me through what they would be doing, what to expect, and started working right away. Tori and Eddie arrived the next day, they were both very comforting and calming. I shared with them the amount of mold I had found and already cleaned and that I had concerns of what might be lurking behind the cabinets still in place. Tori understood my concerns and they set up an enclosure and started the drying/cleaning process. Tori reassured me the end of day 1 that she had sprayed for mold and set up air purification. That alone was a huge relief! Tori and Eddie came back the next day and continued demo/cleaning work and were able to find that the water had caused more damage than we'd expected by hiding in a "kick out" portion of our house. Eddie removed all the soaking wet and damaged insulation. It would have been easy to open the ceiling and determine that first bit of insulation was dry and no need to look further, but Eddie saw the kick out and stuck his arm further into the ceiling to find all the wet insulation. I will forever be grateful to Eddie and Tori for finding that problem area. Days turned into weeks and months of working with Rainbow to dry out our rather large mess, and our insurance, but every time they came it was great to see them again and they had the same level of professionalism and communication as day 1. It is rare these days to find a company that feels like they care about your home as much as you do, but that is what you will find with Rainbow. I highly recommend them. Great communication all the way through. When they said they'd be here they were here, they always text that they were on their way, gave me an update at the start of each time they arrived and on their way out, I always knew what was going on and what to expect next. I’m genuinely impressed with the cleaning service! I'm grateful that something could be done in such a inconvenience. They handled the floor situation beautifully, managing to move my furniture with such care and put everything back in its place seamlessly. I truly appreciate their hard work and their professionalism. The odor is completely gone from my kids' room, and my kids' room smells absolutely amazing now. I can hardly wait to see the transformation in my room and the living room next before my newborn gets here! Thank you so much. We had a main floor plumbing leak that led to basement damage with mold. Tori and her team were prompt, professional, and thorough. While we don’t want another leak, they were great and we would absolutely use their services again!

Megan and the rest of the mitigation team did a great job ensuring our water damage was all cleared. Also, Brit and his repair guys did a great job getting things back to looking as they were before! They were all great with communication and although the process wasn’t fun, I trusted that they had things taken care of. Will recommend to others!

The team at RR did a great job at responding and taking care of our basement flooding issues including water removal, clean up and mold mitigation. We had some water damage and they came and fixed it with our insurance company and they did such a good job. We had them come back and clean all our carpet and they did such a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them. They are awesome.

Our downstairs kitchen/office space got damaged and flooded with sewage water due to backed up pipes. The pipes ended up bursting, and we did not have any clue on what to do so we called Rainbow Restoration. Their team did an amazing job on making sure everything was cleared and cleaned out!!! They were here for a couple of days just tearing down what was damaged by the sewage water and cleaning every corner. The team did an absolute amazing job restoring our downstairs kitchen/office. Communication was awesome. They let us know step by step what they were going to do and did everything they could to try to salvage some of our materials that were downstairs. No one ever wants to be in a situation where they have to call a restoration company—dealing with a flooded house is stressful and exhausting. Unfortunately, we’ve had to deal with multiple floods over the years, but the one thing that has consistently made those situations easier is having Rainbow to call.

Their team has always arrived quickly, handled the cleanup and restoration professionally, and made sure everything was done the right way. What really makes it easy, though, is how seamlessly they manage the insurance process. They take care of the communication, guide us through what to expect, and remove so much of the stress that normally comes with filing a claim.
