Scammers! I hired them to do some work for me, I was around in my house and I knew exactly how many hours the laborers worked which is 2 hours and later when I received my invoice, they charged me for 4 hours! I called them and they never give me any reasonable reason!!

Very unprofessional.
Showed up late for the app.
Didnt even test anything to see if we had lights. Then says gonna send me a quote by email and still never recieved the quote very unprofessional.

Action Electric recently completed a lighting upgrade/retrofit at our office. They even went the extra step to help recommend a newer style LED light fixture that qualified with our local service provider for a rebate. The install crew was on time, courteous and completed the work on schedule. I would recommend Action Electric for any residential, commercial or municipal work.

Probably one of the worst companies we have ever worked with. Unprofessional, unorganized, hard to get in contact with. Did not fix our issue. Got a bill 6 months later. The owner himself is disrespectful and rude. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied. Should not even be operating anymore. Would never recommend them to anyone. Terrible customer service.

Called at 8:30 and by 9:00 had two guys at my house to fix my wiring snafu. Cody and Mike were great to work with and explained everything as they did their job. In and out in about an hour. Thanks guys for the work and thanks Luke for the quick dispatch.

Called them on a Sunday, decided we could wait until Monday. Chris came out first thing, went and got a part, was back and our hot tub was back in business. Recommend them and will use them again!

Had my whole basement wired with them, and I can't think of anything to say besides they did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend them to do it again if I purchase another home with an unfinished basement!

They called right away. Were able to accommodate a same day appointment. Job was done right the first time. And they were on time!! I will use them again and would decently recommend them!! After living through a remodel they were a joy to work with!!

We took two lights to be repaired. We were given an estimate of $150.00 for both. We waited 3 months for the repair to be completed. We did get a call regarding the repair because of a change in management. We waited several more weeks and the repairs were not completed. We picked up the lights. The light that needed a switch was repaired at another business for $15. The other light simply had a loose connection. We would NEVER recommend Action Electric. The estimate was over priced and communication was very poor. No repairs were completed. We selected Action Electric because we believed the repair would be done. They did not do what they said they would do.

I've had 2 different resident service calls with Action Electric, this latest one they were able to come to my house in less than 30 minutes.

These guys are professional, knowledgeable and professional. They are not out to make money from you but do what needs to be done quickly and efficiently. I will use Action for all my electrical needs.

Highly recommend and will be using Action Electric again. I had some light fixtures acting funny after all the summer storms and power outages we've had. Most companies were booked months out and Action was able to come within a week. Two service men came out and found I did have a lose wire in a ceiling fan and installed both a new light fixture and a ring porch camera for me. Couldn't recommend enough! Thank you!

Very nice people. I had an issue with a breaker and they were on their way within an hour! In the meantime, I tried flipping the breaker again, and it worked, so I had to call and cancel. They were SO nice about it and I certainly appreciated that.

They were here to fix a breaker issue. I had to have them come back because the first time it was not fixed properly. They damaged my wall and never told me. The third time they were replacing my stove vent and dented it. I called several times, sent emails and text messages. No response.. now my outdoor lights do not work. Sent some one who acted like it was a bother and did nothing . Then the next bill I received doubled. No credit given for damages they caused.

Great company to service ur electrical needs. From the first phone call to the electrician who came to my home it was great. David the electrician who worked on my house was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable, funny and kind. Will recommend to anyone needing electrical work done. Kate C
