Called for what we thought was a fuse replacement. Turned out to be bad wires in the outlet! Showed up quickly and was very nice and professional! Would definitely use again.

I am selling my house and needed some electrical work done before I could sell it. He was there to give a quote and had everything done only a couple days after the quote. Easy to deal with and price was right.

Paul came in and told me what my options were, we talked it through and made sure the option worked for me and he did a great job. Made sure the next part of my project would work and doublechecked everything.

I would gladly have Paul back!

Had Bright Electric over to look at our lower level finish, he gave us some great ideas on how to light the low ceiling area. After talking with two other electricians we decided to use Bright and are very happy we did. Got the job done quickly and worked with us on getting it done during our day off. My mom lost power on Memorial Day due to a storm that destroyed her garage and 3 season patio. Paul called within 15 minutes of leaving a message and came over on a holiday. He went to 6 places to get the needed supplies. His wife was very sweet and helped us clean up! They both went above and beyond! Would HIGHLY recommend!

The job was quoted at one price, ended up being much more than the quote, which we didn't complain about, but when we moved in and went to use the stove we discovered it was not hooked up. When we asked Paul about it, he informed us that the wire wasn't hooked up because it was bad and he didn't fix it because it wasn't included in his bid. He could have at least let us know!!! Now we will have to pay ANOTHER service call $$$ to run a simple wire to be able to use our stove. A true professional would have called and discussed this, and asked if we wanted to have it done while he was there (for an extra price if course). Now we are not sure what, if anything, else is not fixed because of his failure to communicate. I do NOT recommend this company.

What a great experience! After getting a ridiculous bid from a competitor. I called and Paul came the same day and was able to get my work done actually within about 24 hours with a cancellation. I feel blessed and am happy to have found someone so helpful. Will plan to hire again!!

I needed a electrician to install a outlet for my welder and add another outlet in my garage. After my realtor and family recommended Bright Electric I decided to give him a call to see how much it would cost and when he could do it. Even though he was very busy he was able to take care of us within a week and the price was cheaper than his original quote. He was very polite and friendly. I am very happy with what Bright Electric did for us and how fast he got it done. It's nice to have a reliable electrician I can call when I need something done in the future. Called Bright Electric at 7:50 am on a Sunday. Troy called back at 7:52 am. Came out quickly, very friendly and courteous, to help us out. Charged a fair price even though it was a holiday weekend. His number is saved in my phone now and you should do the same.

Paul was extremely helpful and fixed our repairs easily and quickly. He knew exactly what needed to be done with each one of our requests. When he was complete I realized we forgot to have him look at one item left on our list. He came back and took care of that issue and did not charge us a fee. I would recommend that if you have any electrical questions or issues with your own home that you use Bright Electric. Great job and Great customer service!

I'm calling Troy again for my electrical needs!! He is technically competent and a down to earth gentleman who will go out of his way to ensure you are satisfied with the work.

In my experience, I had a damaged outlet that needed to be replaced, so I called Troy and he got out there that same day at the end of his workday to make the small replacement. He charged under what I would have to pay for some of the bigger companies. Other companies had a weeklong wait.

We got a great recommendation for Paul to upgrade our old annoying fuse panel to 200A service from a Realtor friend after a frustrating year of being stood up by service people of all trades.
We had received 2 other quotes for work beforehand, and I wanted a 3rd, a competitor in town wanted to install a crazy transfer switch setup, limited to 6 circuits outside and couldn't run the garage and they didn't seem to want to go the interlock route. I wanted the full panel backed up. Paul showed up on time, just a week or 2 after the quote and quoted a surprisingly reasonable price compared to others, even after I threw him for a loop and changed an outside 50amp outlet request into a 50a generator input instead (our power has been out for over 30 days total this year due to storms). I'll call Paul for all my electrical goblins I can't take care of myself, and you should to. Thanks Paul.

I contacted Troy at Bright Electric Inc as I needed 220v power into the garage area for a car charger. The estimate was very fair and done quick! He was able to fish the wire into an area that was pretty tight, but made for a very clean install. Thank you Troy and you will be highly recommended to others.

Troy is a stand-up guy. I had a panel upgrade few years ago with the previous owner of the Business and needed some work done to it to bring it to current code for a remodel on the house..when I called and learned the Business was sold and owners changed I thought I wouldn’t get any help, but he took responsibility as if he did the original job and made every effort to fix everything..He went above and beyond to coordinate the work with city inspector and did it at a very reasonable price.. would definitely call him for any future work..Thanks Troy!
