Called to have a circuit breaker repaired. They were knocking on my door before got a chance to check the voice mail that they were on the way. Came in and did a great job explaining what they were going to do and "why" showing me the reasons. When I got the charges later in the day, dropped as it was far less that what I expected for all they did. If I need any more electric repairs, they will be my "first" choice.

Travis Electric added some lighting to my 1992 home. The price was very fair and Travis made sure that any hiccups that came up were corrected. I am pleased with the service and cost for the lighting I had installed.

Initially was happy with my choice of electricians. He had 4 weeks before we needed the work done. However, when it came time to start he did not respond to emails or calls very well. We were redoing our upstairs and needed the electric work done first. Unfortunately they started at the same time so it delayed the other workers by almost a day. Once the work was done, he never called or came back to see if everything was ok. Fast forward 3 months and I get a bill with a late charge and a threat saying they are going to send me to collections. Never received a bill prior to the notice. Then it took 3 days for a response to voicemails and emails.
Would not recommend at all

The Travis Electric technician arrived in a timely fashion, replaced the faulty circuit breaker that caused our furnace to quit (in these horrid below zero temps too). He was very pleasant and courteous. We would use this company again.

I called Travis today in a panic, and even tho he didnt have the time to come out...he talked me thru enough that I was able to get things up & running! Not too many people would take the time to do that. Thank you Travis. You ROCK!

I called here to see when an electrician could stop by as I was having trouble with a few outlets working. Travis answered and, instead of charging me $100+ just to look at it, he walked me through how to safely reset them over the phone. It took 2 minutes and saved us both time and money. I'll be contacting them next time I need any work done!

Team did a fantastic job of accommodating my requests and asked important and relevant questions to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Team had a challenging job of climbing up into my vaulted ceiling to relocate some wires. Had no complaints about cramming into a challenging spot. Highly recommend!

We hired Travis Electric to wire our pool. They were very good about answering questions and being very responsive. They did a great job from a technical standpoint but they had great customer service as well. From my experience, that is tough to find in the contracting world! I would recommend them to anyone!

Used Travis Electric to finish our basement. Travis, Zach, and Cameron were awesome to work with along with the other technicians. They were easy to contact, courtious, and did great work. Very fair price as well.The technicians on site were a pleasure to have. Having small kids at home it was refreshing that they kept everything G rated.. means a lot as other sub contractors werent that way.

2022 - Fixed a long standing issue we had with Washer blowing circuit and garage refrigerator. Very Helpful!

2025 - Editing my review to add further feedback; had Travis out to add an outlet to our basement for our new radon system and he made a very helpful suggestion to add second outlet balancing the load on a circuit that we trip repeatedly. Extremely helpful and courteous!
