Cameron Carney was really helpful as to explaining everything as to understanding it and what was need done know or as to a later time. As to making sure I was comfortable knowing as to when I could do it financially instead of pushing me to do it when I know I can't. That the kind of person I like to deal with and he's been like that at other times to as to when he has done service. Plus I didn't feel like it was rushed either that's other good thing in service. I have gotten good service from him before. I enjoy him as a service guy coming out. He dose a great job.

We recently moved to Canton South Dakota and needed help with a different plug-in for our dryer. Being new to the area, it was a bit of a challenge finding someone who services Canton, but we hit the jackpot when we called Air Serv and they said absolutely they could help us out. We had great communication from our technician Cameron Carney as he not only helped us out with the plug-in that we needed, but looked at some of the other items in our home and garage that we had questions on. He also went over the maintenance plans which is something we will seriously consider once the dust settles on our new home purchase. They do heating and air conditioning, they do electric, and Mr Rooter Plumbing services. The maintenance program really looks beneficial and has three different price plans. If you need any assistance in any of these areas I totally recommend Air Serv., Mr. Electric and Mr. Rooter!

The electrician did great work.
This would have been 5 stars, but I was told he would be here at 3:00 p.m. and he didn't arrive until 4;00 p.m..
There was no call or text to let me know he'd be late.

Really pleasant experience. Cameron was informative, friendly, professional, and honest when he came to diagnose and fix our electrical problem. Cameron quickly fixed a problem I had with a recent placement of a power supply. He then informed me of a few other services, smoke/carbon monoxide detector and home surge protector, and installed them too. All done in just a few hours.

Joseph was excellent to work with. He did great in understanding our issue and diagnosing potential and actual issues. He also did a great job explaining what was happening and what needed fixing. And the work was completed very well and on time!

I was putting up shelves in my garage and nicked the wire that feeds my dryer. It killed power to the whole house. I called around 2-3 companies before I found Mr. Electric, they were the only company to answer my call on a Saturday morning. The electrician that came out was named Cameron, he was very professional and a genuine guy! He communicated very well on what he was going to do and got it done in a timely manner, my wife and I were very impressed with this company and are very pleased with how fast they showed up, how well the communicated with me, and how quick they got the job done!
