Came out fast to replace a faulty ground fault outlet. Also installed a new 2nd outdoor outlet and upgraded an indoor outlet. Work was performed quickly. The installer was friendly and efficient. They looked my ceiling fixture that I thought needed to be rewired. Turned out the wiring was fine but the 100+ year old socket was disintegrated. Could be replaced but noticed that the bronze fixture was cracked and so we waited to see if it could be fixed. Less than a 1/2 hr after Sam left he called to say the boss Travis wanted to look at the fixture to see if he could fix or get the break fixed. Sam picked it up and Travis tried to figure it out. I am now looking into whether to repair or replace.
These guys are very nice and easy to talk to and work with. As soon as I get the fixture fixed or a new one I will have them back to hook it up.

Highly recommend Travis Electric for all your needs. We purchased a fixer upper and had extensive electrical work done, which included replacing and upgrading the electrical panel, replacing and adding new fixtures, and having our electrical service converted from overhead to underground. The owner of Travis Electric and his employees are professional, friendly and easy to work with. Electrical work was fairly priced. Will continue to use the company for all my electrical needs.

Had Travis's team do a hot tub wiring for me. The guys that came out were professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. The quoted price was very fair for the work done and the service manager who gave me the quote made sure he understood exactly what needed to be done and had the guys do it in a way that was going to be the most visually appealing. Travis electric did our work 5 months ago. We’ve had issues with outlet going out, then not grounding a wire, a loose wire. Now we are having issues with the breaker popping with barely anything in them. Extremely advised against us getting an inspection on it. Also tried to charge us over 1,000 dollars to put two outlets in and move a light switch on top of our initial quote and we paid in full before any work was started. Also used our plywood because they would have to go get some and still charged us the 50 dollars in our initial quote. Have called left voicemails to not get a call back. Unprofessional

Travis E. is the best. I had them install a transfer switch into my panel for an off-grid project. The project did need a few fixes and an adjustment, but they look the time to listen, dealt fairly with my issues, and I am convinced once again I chose the right company for the job.
After dealing with other electric companies in SF, I am very impressed with Travis. The best electric company in Sioux Falls hands down.

We were so happy to use Travis electric! After having another company come out and tell us that they couldn’t help us for another three months. We received services in a timely manner. I understand that not all projects are the same however, we had some outdoor lighting that was cut during some outside construction and Travis electric was able to find a quick solution to get the lights up and running all through winter so when we could finalize the construction project the following spring.
