These guys were awesome. They came in and replaced a ceiling after it had been taken apart from a water pipe that had broken.
Very nice, listen to what you want to have done. Clean up afterwards and hauled away the debris. They are on my call list if I need something else done. Thanks again.

Hired them to do some painting after a drywall repair. Marshall did an incredible job given that I have a textured ceiling and wall, it looks amazing and he blended it all together so well! 10/10! Price was also extremely nice !

Dakota Small Jobs was fantastic! We had them assist us in the remodel of the second story of our home. They took care of all the drywall hanging for us and subcontracted with a great team who did the mudding and taping of the drywall. They all had excellent communication, showed up when they were expected, and James the project manager went above and beyond with trying to help us find a solution for our window replacements. If you want a RELIABLE team that isn’t going to string you along, HIRE THEM!!! We had a hard time finding other contractors that met the same communication, punctuality, and customer service standards.

In preparation to put my house on the market I needed to update the guest bathroom. In the process the water line needed repair. Steve explained what he found and initiated a call to John (owner) who again explained to me the issue and went over the cost to repair the problem. No surprises! I appreciated their process.

They did a great job!! Dakota Small Jobs removed all my old caulk around my bathroom window and walk-in shower and then re-caulked everything. The work was done well and everything was clean when I got home. Great communication the whole time. I had a number of different questions that they answered quickly and gave me great advice on how to prevent future mold issues. They gave me an estimate quickly and scheduled my job on a day that worked for me. Very easy to pay the invoice online. During a recent windstorm, we had a fence post break bringing down a few fence panels. I reached out to Dakota Small Jobs at 8:30am, James was able to send me a quote, and Jeremiah was at my house to repair the fence by 9:10am. Jeremiah was educated on the fix, left my fence sturdy until it warms up to put a new post in, and left the area very clean. The entire process was easy and seamless. The invoice I received matched my estimate at a reasonable price. As a new homeowner, I would recommend Dakota Small Jobs!

I have two large German Shepherds and needed to install a through the wall dog door. I considered installing it myself but realized I was in over my head.

They were quick to respond and James quoted me a fair price. The communication from James was on point. The day of the install, Marshall showed up promptly and was friendly and engaging. I showed him the project and we discussed it for a few minutes and he put my mind at ease with his knowledge. He did the work quickly. He communicated throughout the project. He cleaned up afterwards so well that you wouldn’t have thought any work had been performed. Marshall was great as was James at the home office.

Garcia is very professional, kind, and courteous. Even though this was a very small job and so much flooding around the area, Garcia came to my home just 2 days later after my call. In the meanwhile, he told me to wet vac up the water, pull back the rug to expose the carpet foam and tack board. When he arrived, his main objective was to find out how the water came into an interior wall. So we went to the adjacent utility room and saw water seepage in the corner closest to the bedroom. After that, he went outside above the water seepage and found that there was seepage from the front of the house. Truly, I appreciate his service and his southern hospitality. His service gave me peace of mind
