Nick was very thorough and friendly. He took his time and explained everything to me. I really appreciated his expertise and information.

I spoke with Central Plains on a Tuesday, and John was at my house on Wednesday. The pricing was about 1/2 of the next lowest bid, and the installation was scheduled to be completed within 10 days.

Considering it is November, and the temperature was in the high teens; I was impressed and thankful that it was completed instead of being rescheduled. The other business was unavailable until March or April. Both installers were efficient and professional.

Considering the customer service, responsiveness, and fair pricing; I cannot recommend Central Plains Bat Removal enough.

First let me say this honestly this is the best company in Sioux Falls. I gave them and call and they were very responsive. John came by my home and assets the situation and made it very clear that the company before did not properly remove the bat issue from my home accordingly.
He decided that he was going to have his team do things correctly and free of charge. My wife and I was so happy when he stated that it would be of no charge.

This is an outstanding company and I would recommend them to anyone that is dealing with a bat issue.

CP Bats does a great job for my clients. They leave no doubt that homes will be bat free and clean up any messes the bats left. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had Nick Hossle for my appointment, and I was very pleased with his professionalism and service. He was prompt, he explained the process before going into my attic and checking for bats, and he asked if he could keep his boots on while working (my appointment was a warm day in January and we both had wet feet). When he didn't find any bats, he still took the time to take a picture of a possible leak in my siding and showed me. I would definitely recommend CP Bat Mitigation to people in the future.

Austin got me a much needed appointment next day. My inspector texted me before he showed up which was considerate. Inspection was thorough he even showed me some popped nails on my roof to be aware of.
I chose not to go forward because I had flooding in the basement that far exceeded my budget so I had to decide what needed the first priority. Great company and wonderful employees…..

Wow! Nick answered the phone, he came within a day, and even though we did not have bats, he took pictures of some structural damage and shared them with me! This was over and above! I will definitely use CP Bat Mitigation in the future and would highly recommend you consider!
