I purchased this beautiful wind spinner as a gift last September at Cliff Ave Greenhouse. It is so pretty (bigger and better in real life than the picture shows) so I really wanted one for myself, but they didn't have two. The person assisting me checked at another location, with no luck. She offered to take my phone number and call me if another one came in and said it was probably unlikely...but I left my phone number anyway. So now it is February and I received a phone message that they were unpacking wind spinners yesterday and had one I wanted! I called back, was texted a picture, and yes, it is the same one. And even better, I live in Rapid CIty but I will be passing through Sioux Falls in a little over a month, and they are going to hold it for me! I don't have to worry about it getting damaged in shipping (or pay for shipping.) I am so happy! Who would have guessed that when I left my phone number 5 months ago, I would get a call? What excellent customer service! And the wind spinner I gave as a gift has been up in the recipient's yard, survived many very strong winds (it's spinning so fast then you can't even see it) and it still looks like new. Thank you to the crew at the Cliff Ave Greenhouse!!!

wow, i felt like i was tripping. the colors feel like neon. the plants are brilliant. house plants are most of what they have right now cuz its cold.

Very disappointed in what is shown on website, compared to what you receive! This is supposed to be for my mother for Mother’s Day and now I have to scrabble to find something better cuz this won’t do! If they can’t supply what’s shown on website for price and size then maybe it shouldn’t be on the website cuz what I got is a complete failure! Will not be shopping with your company again! I ordered premium so it should be big and full this is not what I ordered😡😭

This is by far my favorite greenhouse in SF. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The store is clean and comforting and as the sign out front often says this truly will become your happy place!

I bought a hoya (my wife's favorite) here for her birthday. When I told her where I got it, she thanked me but told me she refuses to shop here because she feels the owner is an unkind human being. Anyway, the hoya was infested with mealybugs and we are still fighting them. These things happen, I normally don't leave reviews over something like this, but my wife doesn't say things like that about people very often. Because of this, I do feel the need to let people know it is wise to check their plants when shopping here. I usually buy from big box stores, and I've never had a mealybug issue.

Edit: Based on some of the other reviews, it seems like my wife is not the only person who feels this way about the owner. It also seems like I am not the only person who brought mealybugs home. If you guys want plants, it's my experience that you'll pay much less by shopping online. I may or may not have found out that I paid double for my plant by purchasing here instead of checking the internet first.

everything you need in the landscaping place, all the flowers, pots, and the supplies you need. you can even bring in your own pot and pot it right there with a plant of your choosing. Large selection of knick-knacks and food items. kitchen items, really a cozy place to browse. 🤎

Cliff Ave on 26th has a wide variety of plants, home decor, and plant accessories. Lots of pot/planter options! The greenhouse was stocked with all your typical houseplants and had a little of everything (definitely more plant options than you’d find at the big box store).

I thought many of the plants were a bit overpriced, compared to other greenhouses I’ve been to across the Midwest (but maybe that’s because it’s South Dakota).

I love visiting Nursery's in the summer time. My wife took me to this one for some hot pepper and tomato plants. Place is pretty big. Plenty of selection. I guess my only criticism would be the lack of baked goods and stuff. I used to go to this Nursery as a child in rural Pennsylvania and they had homemade ice cream, Amish baked goods etc. This Nursery did have a small variety of candy but I'd like to see more baked goods. Of course, not sure how feasible that is. Just a childhood memory when I visit Nurseries. Probably spoiled by that Nursery. But overall this place is very cool.

Apparently this greenhouse believes their responsibility ends the moment you walk out the door. I purchased four plants — two were dead within a week. When I contacted them, I was basically told “too bad.”

Plants die sometimes, sure but two out of four plants dying in under a week points to poor plant health before they were sold. The real issue though, was the response. The customer service was dismissive and made it very clear that once they had my money, they didn’t care. No concern, no troubleshooting, no attempt to stand behind the quality of what they sell.

We have been working with Premier Cleaning and Lawn LLC for a couple of years now and they are very professional and good at what they do. They have been doing the commercial floor care at one of our retail locations. Recommend them for any jobs you may have large or small
