I purchase a microwave from Home Depot which included installation. HD delivered the microwave but when they looked at how the existing microwave was installed, they said they wouldn't be able to uninstall it. That I needed to hire a carpenter to take apart the cupboards to be able to get to the microwave. It didn't make any sense to me, but what do I know.

I contacted Jer's appliance told him the issue. His response was basically, if someone installed it he could uninstall it. I really liked his attitude, so I hired him. Took him less than an hour to uninstall the microwave and install the new one.
All without removing the cupboards.

Will definitely hire again for any appliance work.

Jers is absolutely fantastic! After my experiences, this is
the first and only place, I will ever call for HVAC, appliance, or plumbing work. I wish there were more stars I could give.

He is very responsive, responsible, reliable, honest, straight forward, and does superb quality work.

In the beginning of winter in Canton, SD, he was the ONLY person/ business who showed any concern that my daughter's family didn't have any heat.

I called Jer's for help with a boiler. He got heat for my family , and saved me from shelling out an emergency $10,000.

(A previous company had come out, said the boiler needed to be replaced, and then left-- this was in winter in South Dakota where it gets down to negative 30 degrees.)

I called several other companies to see if boiler really needed to be replaced and if so, give me an estimate to replace it.

Either they were too busy to even respond, or they made an appointment and never showed up. Kind of silly response as I was prepared to shell out for a new boiler, as this was critical)

I explained the issue to Jer, who was very busy, as it was winter time. Jeremy expressed concern, said he he would come out in a couple of days (he actually came out first thing the next morning) and see if he could safely get us heat, and then worry about boiler replacement. He was the only one that said he wanted to address getting heat for my family.

He came out the next day , with his focus on making the equipment safe and getting my family heat. He spent time trouble shooting the issue, found the problem AND fixed it that day. He said it was a dirty job with difficult access. My family has heat (critical at this time of year) again, and boiler runs better than it has in years. He left the work area immaculate.

Jer was very "down to earth", explained clearly in layman terms what the issue was and what he was doing to repair it -- extremely honest, straight forward. I was actually ready for and expecting to have to purchase a new boiler with installation right away, but he said let's get this fixed and decide later if a new one is needed.

He is the first person I will always call in the future for any appliance, HVAC , or plumbing repairs. In this emergency, he was the ONLY person I called who actually did anything (and I called at least 8 other companies who were not interested, or made appts and never showed. I will be working with him in the future for a new boiler if needed.

Jeremy was very nice! He went out of his way to complete the job correctly. Showed up the day I called. Very reasonable price. We will call him again if the naughty bunnies get hungry again. Giggles! :)

I don't leave too many reviews and I'm not leaving this one just because we share the same name. Jeremy was professional and personable. He was easy to work with and I will call him again when I run into any other issues.

I had an A/C Repair or Replace job I needed done and had a few local companies out to provide estimates. Jer was one of them.

I was given an estimate and I declined it. Jer called a few times about this estimate and eventually revised it. I did not accept Jer's bid. I ultimately went with a different service provider. When Jer learned I was not going with him, he offered me $100 for a copy of the quote I accepted, as well as photos of the finished work. I did not immediately agree to this, as it was very off-putting. Jer then threatened to have his lawyer call me, and was extremely unprofessional over the phone, using profanities, threatening to sue me and attempting to intimidate me.

I am very glad I did not choose Jer.

Great company! We called early summer with a down AC unit, Jeremy rushed out and installed new at a great price. He was most concerned with our comfort level with 100° temperatures coming. Fast forward to fall, start up the furnace and it wasn't running correctly. Jeremy insisted he come over right away again not wanting us to be chilly. Jer's is officially our heating and cooling repair company, we'll never have a need to call anyone else!

Jer was a blessing. He came on pretty short notice to pull our furnace out so repairs to the floor and wall could be done. He came right back out this morning and put it back in for us. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. And was reasonably priced. I would call him again in a heartbeat to do work for us.

Did did a thorough job cleaning the roots out of our sewer line.
