Said they would be here to fix it Friday then said Saturday before 12 and now they are saying Monday. If you want to be comfortable in your home find a different place!

After a $1,000 plus repair bill the central air unit still does not work correctly and when we called the company they refused to do anything without more fees.

Awful! And I didn't even go through them! The first day they were supposed to be there after 3:00 no call, no show. The 2nd day they were supposed to be there before 2:00 no call, no show. Then after wasting my time for two days I call to see what the deal is and all the guy can say is " you can just go through some one else ". I gladly took my insurance check for a brand new furnace else where and Waterburry you guys were same day life savers. When you have 3 kids and need work done I don't have the time for you to waste it will never recommend you biut only let people know what kind of a hassle you are!

We had a very positive experience with Aaron's for a furnace repair in the middle of January (furnace was short cycling). We called at 2:15pm, they called back at 3:00pm and were able to have a technician at the house at 5:00pm. Great service and communication. The tech talked about what he was doing while he was working and gave really good information. Would definitely recommend.

My old unit finally gave out, help with my air conditioner installation, and I couldn`t be happier. The service was fast, and the results were noticeable immediately. I highly recommend this team!

Sioux Falls Heating & Cooling installed a new unit for our rental property. The process was smooth from quote to completion. They worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. We were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended for AC installation!

I called because we found our furnace was not producing heat. Kyle and his apprentice Alex came out within 20 minutes and corrected the problem. They were incredibly polite and thorough. Would definitely recommend Howe to anyone wanting fast and efficient service. Thank you, Howe.

To this day, Howe knows how to treat customers right, and how to treat people right in general. Between John stopping in to quote my new water heater to Dillon installing it, Howe continues to maintain professionalism and proven experience.

...and that's why they're the best

Whether it has been for my heating, cooling, or plumbing needs, I choose to consistently return as a Howe customer. Over the course of 2 houses, Howe has maintained my property. My latest endeavor involved a courteous nature from the professionals that extended not only to me, but my curious child as well. As always, the workmanship was superb and at a fraction of the cost that I had been informed of by others.

Sometimes, it all comes down to how motivated to work a technician is and/or perhaps misunderstanding of what a customer expects to have done. On my most recent endeavor, the problem I had was not resolved in the manner I anticipated. However, follow-up contact by Howe resulted in a fair agreement.

It's great to know there are still companies out there that are willing to take care of their customers.

We had a water fawcet leak. Had to turn off water and they came right away!!! They are all about customer service! He knew right away what was wrong. If I could I would give them 10 stars! Seth took care of us - ask for Seth! Also the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and understood that we it was urgent to get someone out here as quickly as possible.

Dillon from Howe plumbing was great to work with. He was quick, efficient and no mess. The new sink plumbing and faucet look beautiful. He answered all my questions and asked me great questions to deliver above my expectations. Thanks!

Our AC went out during a brutal heat wave, and Howe, Inc. came through big time. They fixed our compressor fast, came in under the original quote, and were super easy to work with. The tech we talked to knew his stuff and explained everything clearly. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
