Great Job. Mike showed up on time, did a wonderful job fixing the problem. He was very friendly, kept the job site clean, made sure the problem was resolved and explained everything.

Great company! Was able to come out same day and clean out our main line. Prices are reasonable and they do a great job of educating customers/clients about what they are doing and what they found etc.

Quick, efficient, clean and friendly. They were able to make it out even sooner than originally planned. They came in and evaluated the situation and went to work. They were careful to make sure they did not leave a mess and the drain flowed better than it had in years when they left.

Mike actually personally answered his phone on Christmas Eve late afternoon! all the big services who tout emergency service either didn’t answer or said we don’t have anyone till the 26th. We made 8 calls. I will call Mike at jetter every time I need help! I had 25 people for Christmas Eve and had toilets and drains backing up in the basement!!. Mike came as fast as he could! Really explained the issues he found, fixed em, and gave good advice. Cleaned up after himself and was so very friendly. He Saved Christmas!!!! Don’t hesitate, call Mike at Jetter!

VERY pleased with this company! We had been struggling with drain issues in a 116yr old farm house and saw their commercial one morning, and called. We discussed the issues, our attempts at opening the drain, the age of the pipes, etc - and they felt their method would work. We were happy they came out that day - and like magic - we have a working drain. GREAT SERVICE in the Sioux Falls area.

Called Mike at 7am and he was at my house by 8:30am. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and got our main drain flowing in no time.. showed me what he was seeing in the camera and suggested what he thought about our pipes. Call Mike if you have a clogged drain.

I am so happy to do a review for this business - if I could do 10 stars, I definitely would! Worth every penny! We have had problems with our basement floor drain for years. Mike was prompt in getting here, assessed the situation and got to work. He is very knowledgeable, personable and left the work area clean when he was done.
