We did a bathroom remodel and had a couple of hiccups with a couple of the products we'd ordered, but Brian and his staff handled everything promptly. The customer service we've had has been fantastic!

Kitchen faucet was dripping and needed a hot stem. They searched and found the exact part on hand. Everything is back together and it is fixed. Knowledgeable folks! Thanks.

We came to Handy Man to see about fixing a shower. We got a plumber through them and it was fixed However, my husband had taken the shower head off of the wall and the plumber did not put it back. When my husband went to put it back the pull up thing to get water to come out of the shower head broke so BACK to Handy Man. Hopefullly it is fixed.

I paid for a faucet on January 27,2021. I was told it would be in store in 2-3 weeks. I have not received the faucet. I have called twice and been promised return phone calls, On March 17th I was promised a callback by March 31st.
Today is April 5th, no phone call, no faucet.

Extremely helpful and curious. Had to replace my shower faucet and they knew exactly what I needed. Very low price for a new cartridge and handle

Great store. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. Easy parking, competitive pricing, and not a bunch of extra junk to sort through - home remodeling period. Such a better experience than the big box store.

Ever time I have been in this store I have been made to feel like an old friend. You know the kind of friend that will all ways help you out. And with really good advice. I'm doing a complete remodel of the interior of my house. I will report back to you after it's done.

Brian helped me special order a kitchen sink for our kitchen update project. He was very professional and even made an extra call to me to confirm the order and let me know it was available within a few weeks.

This place is pretty frustrating when you can spend thousands of dollars and when you go to return something they suggested you needed, all of a sudden they can't take the item back. Then they give you the run around reasoning and blame you for not making the product work, so now we are stuck with some shelf we will never be able to use and are out the money because they won't even give store credit. Such awesome service.

Handy Man is always so helpful to me!! Today I returned a couple of items and they helped me pick out better products. It is so nice to know I can always count on them!!

They helped me find the right part for my toilet and explain to me how to do it it was so simple didn't need to put out extra money for a repairman. Great place to get what you need and they were right there.

We had and AWESOME experience at Handyman's!!! Advice and patience is HUGE when remodeling/building. With so many options it can be difficult making decisions!! They were great to work with! Definitely would recommend Handyman's!!

They have the best customer service you could possibly find. They help problem solve when you do DYI projects;, and are super attentive to your needs. So glad they are in Sioux Falls to help us novice homeowners.

People at Handy Man were very helpful and really treat customers right. Only concern is one person on their list of contractors, stay far far away from RETTERATH Construction/Remodel if he is even still in business. Ben RETTERATH, he does NOT work for Handy Man directly but was on their list. Terrible terrible terrible, would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

Alan helped with the original purchase of a sink, faucet, water puffer, and drain stopper. I recently went back to get a filter for the purifier and he waited on me agin. I found him friendly and knowledgeable. If i go back again I would like him to help again.

The workers were absolutely amazing. Helped me find exactly what I needed for an unexpected project. Would highly recommend and I will be going back in the future!
