Great selection and awesome service. Everything that I ordered fit perfectly and arrived in time. Sheila also went the extra mile getting me the faucets I liked without having to wait.

Great experience. Knowledgeable friendly staff on the phone and in Person. . Had what I needed in stock. Didn’t feel rushed and they made sure I had everything I needed for my project! Going to get all my stuff there from now on! Wasted my time with big box stores who couldn’t get things delivered in time.

Didn’t have the best experience when I visited the store. Was very excited to come here and look at all the great options this place had but the exact opposite happened. I am looking to remodel my bathroom and was going in there to look at shower inserts. When I walked in there was about 5 people standing at the counter and not one person welcomed me in the store or offered to help I had to walk up to them and tell them what I was looking to do and had to ask for assistance. The guy that helped me seemed very “annoyed or bothered” that he had to help me. He started out by showing me the basic (which i understand) but I told him that’s not what I wanted and he just very quickly talked about the other two higher end models. Didn’t offer to show me any different options or ask which colors or anything i was looking for. I’m a girl in the mid 20s and felt like they didn’t treat me with the same respect as if someone older or looked like they had more money would have walked in. Little did they know I’m looking to remodel my whole bathroom and can afford that just as much as the next person that walks in. Walked out of the store due to feeling very uncomfortable and was very frustrated.

Very complete selection of many different types of kitchen and bathroom materials, I find it can be sometimes a little pricey but they always have everything that you could possibly need I've been installing there Onyx Shower systems for about a year now and I'm very impressed with the quality as are my customers

My wife and I are currently working on fixing our basement bathroom and went to Handy Man to look at some items.

Whoa! They actually have a showroom where you can even turn on the showers to get an idea of what you would like.

The toilets are even on the floor so you could test sitting on them if you wanted to.

Additionally, the staff was extremely knowledgeable on helping us not only fix our downstairs bathroom, but make it even way better than I thought it would. Great experience and highly recommend.

My husband and I were disappointed in our visit to the Handy Man store. We were looking for help and advice from people we thought were knowledgeable. Instead we found ourselves in a store where no one seemed interested in helping. The person we did get to help us eventually flipped through a few pages in a magazine and could not point us in a useful direction. We could have saved our self the trip and looked through a magazine ourselves.

The majority of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a beautiful Onyx sink from them for a reasonable price. If you need a little extra help picking out sinks, showers, toilets and the accessories that go with them, I would recommend Handy Man. The store was reasonably clean, well kept and free of clutter... and not overly huge, which is great when you don't want to walk the ten city block equivalent like when you go to Menards.

If you want to deal with sales people that are experienced with your needs, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO. Friendly and knowledgeable sales people that have been in the business for years and eager to help you make Good decisions.

I haven't compared too many prices to Menards, Home Depot, Lowes but all of my purchases have been nearly identical. And after the sale I am confident I made the BEST choice versus usually going it alone at one of the big box stores.

I had an in store experience where both men helping me answered questions, were courteous and had great service. My over the phone experience was Colton was above and beyond. He was patient with my indecisiveness and walked me through how to get to the best decision for what I was looking for. Excited to get in the finished product!

Doug was super helpful, he pointed me in the right direction, If it wasn't for him I would've bought the wrong valve cartridge, very knowledgeable, super nice guy too.

I came in search of a new kitchen faucet for our remodel. Floor models are easy to see and get up and personal with! Quality clearly visible and comparisons easy to see. Alan is your sales rep who made my shopping experience personable and friendly. No high pressure sales and very informative. I did shop around at the big box stores where prices were cheaper but so was the quality. I came back to Handyman and I Thank you!

Great service and friendly people who know what they're doing.

We could have bought two toilets at any big box store and maybe saved a few dollars.
We needed some advice about the toilets (who knew) and met with Mario at the East 10th Ave store.
Mario was very knowledgeable and explained the features of the model we untimately bought.
We will be back.

I went into Handman to look at water softeners the salesman Gary answered everything question I had he lined me up with all the plumbing parts I needed with out a second trip to the store . I feel I got a great product at a great price and customer service that was outstanding! ( something you don't find very often anymore). Thank you Gary and Handyman .

Very nice people. I have remodeled many homes and have always used handyman for all my fixtures, shower, and tubs. I recently bought a bath vanity and was very pleased with the price and well built construction. The staff is extremely knowledgeable.

Very helpful personnel. They had the faucet that we needed at a very good price. (Better than those at the big box stores.) Would recommend them to others and I certainly will patronize them in the future. Thanks for your help!

Broke toilet seat and needed to get a new one and this store was the closest place that came to mind to fit my needs. At first didn't go threw since it looked like it catered to commercial needs but the gentleman, Mario, reassured me I can buy what I wanted. He also didn't try to sell me more than what I needed and steered me to the right place. Great experience.
