What a freaking joke… came out to fixed leaked.. they cut soooo many holes to fix the “leak” lmao Paid an ungodly amount… Started leaking again… sent the person out again “to fixed the leak” They left started leaking AGAIN!! They never fixed the leak & basically didn’t know what was wrong & they never offered to refund us for NOT fixing the leak. Would I recommend?? Absolutely NOT… don’t waste your time or money… very professional..

Do not really like to get involved in this drama, thought I would leave a little something here. They came over but really didn’t seem very knowledgeable on what was going on. I did most of the work while the employee was kind of helpful, seemed really inexperienced. Supplied all the materials. Had to call another plumber to get some insight. Will not ever call again

They do excellent work, but most importantly, they were great at communicating with us, calling when they were en route, and working with our schedule. They were quick to respond when contacted. To me, that puts them above the 4-5 plumbers I called and never heard back from or heard back from a month later. Thanks Doc!

Had hot water heater emergency at night and they had someone come. They are in suiox falls and I am n sioux city. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your help. Came at night made sure water was not leaking and came back next morning to replace water heater. Fantastic man and assistant. Professional, helpful, friendly and explained everything to me. I just can't tell you how fantastic these two were. I will definitely recommend to everyone without hesitation. Exceptional service and goes above and beyond.

What I thought was a Major plumbing leak, turned out to be Minor, Thanks to your Honesty and Expertise! And now we are working on the other Bathroom with a small Makeover. Very prompt, personable, knowledgeable service! Came on a Sunday and the pricing was extremely reasonable considering they had to drive an hour to come help us this morning. If you're looking for the services these guys offer I recommend them

I’m only giving a 2 star because they were prompt on coming out to help me with a sewage back up. But was not happy that they still charge me 260 dollars for a fix it fee when they only tried one thing and couldn’t get past 30ft twice and camera it once. They proceeded to tell me that they believe the problem was because there was a break or bad offset in my line and they would have to dig to the line to fix it and it would be a 10000 to 12500 to do it.

So I called for a second opinion from Midwest plumbing lining and they came out with in 5 minutes after I told them what was going on and they check it out. Within 10 minutes they got my sewage line unclog and camera to see why dr. Rooter had a problem was because there was a 90 degree pipe there that they had problem getting past.

So I’m glad I called for a second opinion because this miss diagnostic would have cast me so much money for nothing. I wish I could have gotten my money back for this because they never fixed anything. Lesson learn hopefully other people don’t waste their money like I did.

I had an emergency plumbing/leaking pipe issue and Dr. Rooter sent someone out right away who was very knowledgeable and was able to get my problem fixed asap. They were awesome and very reassuring that they would get my problem taken care of and they did!! Their technicians were amazing and did an awesome job!! Thank you Lucas & Henry!! I would highly recommend Dr. Rooter to anyone!! Definitely five out of five ⭐️!!

We had to completely have all of our sewer lines replaced. Lucas and the Dr Rooter team did an amazing job. Lucas communicated regularly and explained all the details so we knew what was happening. They made a horrible situation so much better. The whole team was great.

I have to say that I wouldn't call anyone else for plumbing issues. Thank you guys so much. They are quick to respond and are so professional and courteous. . If you have any plumbing issues They are the ones to call. They've worked before in the dark and stayed late to finish the job. They came on new years day to fix a problem and absolutely wouldn't leave until they made sure it was 100% functioning for me. The whole team is great. I can never thank them enough.

If you need something done in a timely manner these are your people! They did an amazing job kept us in the loop and were just all around amazing to work with if we have an issue with anything again we know who to call Dr. Rooter!! They work so well and are so so kind! They are the BEST family business owners! Definitely 5 stars and thats not even good enough 100-10 is more like it!!

Experienced team that goes above and beyond in a timely manner.

Initially came over for 1 small project and their attention to detail helped eliminate a bigger problem in the future.

Came back with a new water heater and hauled out the old one to dispose of. Quick install and hot water in 45 minutes for a decent price. Very thankful.

Jeremy and Tanner were totally awesome. Our leak was NOT easy to find, but they did. They cleaned up after they made their mess repairing the leak. Extremely reasonable pricing. Jeremy is so positive and lighthearted too. Made the repair fun. Hire them. Well worth it.
