I called this number 3 times and the third time it was finally answered by some guy with an attitude. He asked why I kept calling. I responded that I needed service? Guy says "RIIIIGHT, WELL I AM ON VACATION WHICH IS WHY I DIDN'T ANSWER". What a joke.

I moved my water heater from the center of my basement to an exterior wall and went with a tankless (on demand) water heater. Absolutely love it. No more running out of hot water not to mention the space it saves in the basement.

5am this morning I was wakened by my water sensor alarm. Upon check of my basement. I found water on the floor.. Sioux Falls plumbing was called, made sure to have me shut the water off, came right over found the issue ,and had my issue fixed fast. Thankfully, with the bitter cold. It was not a burst pipe, but an issue with my relief tank. Highly recommend them.
