Will did replacement on my hvac system thanks to Neal for working hard on all the duct work. They explained the whole process and Rest assured I’m highly satisfied with the whole kalins team. Also want to shoutout Bret for clear communication on setting up the installation date.

I had Kalins doing service maintenance on my furnace. Will and Draven were the two technicians doing this job. First, they explained what they are going to check and they told me the price to replace filters if that will be needed. They made sure they left everything clean and they had a professional and polite attitude during their visit.

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. From the initial phone call with Shelly, to Evan doing the consultation and Adam and Chris the installation everything went great. Every question was answered pleasantly and the new units work perfectly. This company is a real credit to our community. You would be making a mistake if you dealt with anyone else. We are happy customers.

Kyle not only did an excellent job with the maintenance of the heater but he became best buddies with our toddler during his visit. Kyle was kind, efficient, and our son had an absolute blast “helping” him, which Kyle was patient enough to humor and encourage him. Highly recommend Kalins and specifically Kyle as the technician!

Kevin came out initially when our AC unit froze up. Had no idea it was almost 25 years old as it was with the home when we purchased and had no issues. He gave us all our options and got our unit running again until we could make a decision.

Will and Heathe did a great job with our new install. Punctual, professional and efficient. Also got us set up with the Lennox app to control our thermostat away from home. So glad we chose Kalins to replace our furnace and AC.

Thank you Neal Neuhalfen for a superb job of installing my new furnace and air conditioning unit. I appreciated your attention to detail and good thought in how you secured the pipes and wiring that had to travel to the outside of the house. I can tell you take great pride in your work. I was able to shake Josh's hand and thank him when he initially sold me the units, and able to shake Pat's hand to thank him when he came to take measurements and able to shake Will's hand as he walked me through the finished installments and answered any questions. Neal, sadly I was not able to shake your hand in person, so I am sending a virtual handshake to thank you! Great job everyone!

Draven did a great job servicing our furnace. He is quick but thorough. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was even willing to talk with us concerning the gas fireplace and suggest service if needed. Draven and the Kalins Comfort Club have both earned 5 stars 🌟

Just had my furnace serviced by technician named Jacob Furry. Needless to say a broke down furnace was not an option with the extremely cold temperatures we have been experiencing. Jacob was very professional and friendly and got the job done! He was very thorough and did a great job explaining the issue and all the steps he took to fix the problem. Thanks!

Our furnace decided that it wanted to not work right, so we called Kalins to take a look at it. The guys who came to look at it were very nice. Then Josh came over to give me pricing for a new furnace and explained everything. The day came, and Will, Pat, and Brady installed the new furnace. They were all very nice, polite, and easy to talk to. My dogs also loved all the pets they got. 😊 I highly recommend them!

Josh stopped by my house on 2/4/25 to answer questions I had about Kalins Freebruary Promotion for Systems. He did a thorough evaluation of the systems I presently have (taking measurements, serial number, looking at duct work (showed me how the damper works), making sure I had proper vents, etc.) We then sat at the kitchen table where he educated me on the features of the different systems they offered. I appreciated Josh's honesty and helping me to choose a system that best fits my needs and my budget. Josh's communication skills are top notch and he is an excellent educator!
