Everything went smoothly, from my call to the Vermillion office, to the dispatch call, to Draven Pace’s call telling me when he would arrive. Draven was professional, knowledgeable about what seemed to be the problem, and got our unit up and running quickly, then checked everything to make sure it was running smoothly before he left.

Kalins sent Kyle to us today for maintenance of our furnace. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain everything. The service was efficient, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Definitely a 5-star experience—I highly recommend them!

We decided to replace/upgrade our furnace that lasted 32 years! Our technicians Neil N & Brady H were great! Knowledgeable, friendly and done a great job on the installation of the new HVAC system. They even asked if we wanted the old one removed as well. They explained everything when the job was completed and went over the controls before they left. Thank you Kalins!

This was for our semi-annual maintenance inspection and service. Our technician, Draven, sent a pre-arrival text letting us know he was on his way. Loved the fact that his photo was attached. He arrived on time and accomplished his tasks. He reviewed his work with us and we paid for the new filters. Excellent service! Thanks Kalins!!

Will and Neal were here today and installed a furnace and AC unit. They walked me through everything they did inside and outside. House was cleaned up and all garbage hauled away. Very nice guys, introduced themselves right when they arrived, shook hands and smiled when they left even after it took them all day to install. Thanks so much, I’m gonna love it!!

Jacob came out to figure out what was wrong with my HVAC and air-conditioning systems. And I cannot express enough how impressed I was with Jacob. I was a nervous wreck before he got there and he had such a professional calming manner about him. I instantly knew whatever he found. I was gonna be OK because I knew he could handle whatever it was. He was on time, courteous, personable, and professional. He fixed the problem and checked for any other issues. He explained to me the whole time what was going on and what I could expect. I appreciated him so much and will never go anywhere else because this is the kind of service you get with Kalins every time.

Neal from Kalins installed a new Lennox heating and air conditioning system in our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, cleaned up after himself and took great pride in a job well done. I would highly recommend Kalins and their yearly checks on systems to keep everything running just as they should. This was recommended to us years ago, and gave me great peace of mind everything was running well. We are happy Kalins customers and will be for many years to come!

Will and Neal did a great job with our remodel! They were patient and professional working around the mess and existing structures. We added a supply run, removed a supply run and added a return. Retrofitting finished spaces is hard and they nailed it! Everything fit exactly where planned with no damage to finishes. They cleaned up after themselves well. Marc W. was also great to work with for planning and estimating.
Just had Nate out for our service contract check-up. Another amazing Kalin’s tech. The filter he supplied was more than 10% less than I can buy it online! He was very thorough and the house was left spotless. I highly recommend Kalin’s for HVAC installation and service.
