They are great source for getting quality building plans. We have received electrical drawings & plumbing drawings from them and they are of excellent quality. Their turn around on projects is top notch. We are used to 1 to 3 weeks turnaround from other clients but with Piland Solutions they did it in two days which was amazing they saved us a lot of headaches with delaying our project 2 months.

I have no idea how good he is because twice he was a “no show” and didn’t even bother to contact me to cancel. I had to text him when he didn’t show up. The first time I let it pass- but twice without a courtesy text is too much.

Very good service. After being ran around by another company for two weeks constantly getting things wrong. In 24 hours he made all 3 of the drafts I needed, stamped and submitted. He also help me find a contractor I needed. He helped me out of a very stressful situation. I highly recommend him.

Had to get an after the fact inspection and Mr Crockett came and handled everything for me 100%

Took my money, did not go under the house and provided no report.

I hired Mr. Crockett to evaluate my foundation as the General Home Inspector from my purchase provided pics showing there were major issues. 5/21/21 Mr. Crockett went to the house and performed a visual inspection of the interior. He sent me the following text: "I did the inspection. I will send the report. Can you send the money?" I paid him immediately. That evening I still hadn't received the report. When I inquired I received the following text: Crazy busy. I will tell you that you have nothing to worry about...." When I mentioned that a GHI & two foundation companies sited major needed repairs he back pedaled and said he wanted to go back to take another look "just to be sure." At that second appointment he sent a foundation company representative. When I asked where Kennon was he told me that Kennon doesn't get under houses. To date, almost three weeks later, He has never provided a report. When I asked for a refund, he gave me back less than half and said he was keeping the rest for his "oral report."

I would not trust this man or his "work."

Mr. Crockett has never been a good engineer, very rude, only looking to take our money and run away. I had a new home inspection done for slab and foundation damage in Chalmette, and he is talking about some insurance fraud, you can see HE IS NOT EVEN updated on the places he inspects. Bad engineer. Don't touch him with a 10-yard stick

We needed a structural engineer after a tree fell through my house during Hurricane Ida. I found Mr. Crockett online and his reviews were great so i took a chance and called him. He answered promptly, had an associate come out and do the inspection. After paying him, he provided the report in an acceptable amount of time. His report was instrumental in getting my insurance company to cover the cost to replace my entire roof, including the framing. I would use this company again, although i do hope i never have the need.

K Crockett was very professional, I called left a message and my call was return within 24 hours of leaving a message, their prices where
reasonable and fair...unlike so many I called taking advantage of people affected by Hurricane Ida, they were prompt
and appointment wasn't drawn out over a week. He inspected my home, attic, and under my house. He took pictures and the report was received the next day as promised by noon.
