Engineered Solutions of Georgia was a great company to do business with, providing professional and excellent service. Starting with my initial contact over the phone, the home assessment and consultation, and the final work project made this home repair less stressful. Special thanks to Jake, Justin, Luna and the entire engineering team and staff.

Complicated installation of helical piers and hydraulic lifting of a sunroom that had settled, as well as injection of foam under slab to fill voids. Realistically, ESOG could not guarantee that the lift would be successful, but they executed the project very professionally and it did indeed work. The sunroom is now level and stabilized, with no damage done in the process. I am extremely satisfied. The whole crew was excellent.

My whole team did a terrific job. Project manager Jake explained everything that would be involved installing the reinforcing piers. Crew chief James along with Louis and Michael were great onsite, completing everything without a hitch. James was incredibly helpful with the details of the work they'd be doing and encouraged me to check in on progress to see what was physically being done. They were also very respectful of the non-work area parts of the property and kept/left a very clean work site.

Keystone Engineering helped provide the structural design for a shoring/support project involving a heavy safe. They were responsive, professional, and helped keep the project moving so the work could be completed safely and efficiently. I appreciate their help and would recommend them for structural engineering support.

Mehdi is very perfetional and friendly. He helped a lot with great ideas, and his priceing was resealable. He is also very punctual. I would definitely work with him again and refer him to friends and family.

My wife and I reached out to Keystone Structural Engineers to inspect our house foundation, and discuss possible wall removing ideas. Mehdi explained the cause of the visible cracks to us and walked us through our options and really saved us thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary repairs.

I found Keystone Structural Engineers and Mehdi was very responsive and was able to help with all of the comments from the local jurisdiction. Keystone Structural Engineers truly stand above the rest. We contacted several, several engineers and firms, and Keystone were the only ones that listened to our needs, rolled up their sleeves, and accepted and worked on our project without any drama or theatrics. Our permit was approved by the city quickly and without any major hiccups! I don’t know what we would’ve done without them. Keystone is a true beacon of light. I cannot recommend Keystone highly enough. They performed a structural inspection on my home, and not only were they able to come out quickly, but they were very thorough, inspecting and documenting absolutely everything accessible in, around, and under the house. They even measured the grade of the property around the house to understand current drainage. I received my report a couple days after the inspection.

The engineer proactively pointed out and explained to me in layman's terms what they were finding, and what that meant for the house. They clearly laid out recommendations and next steps to protect my house and keep it in the best possible shape.

Also, I appreciated that I wasn't talked down to. I was given the facts, recommendations, and educated about my home with utmost respect and professionalism. I absolutely plan to hire them again when I do renovations.

I was very happy with the service and expertise that Keystone Structural Engineers provided. We are remodeling an accessory structure and halfway through the project the county decided we needed to also increase the lateral force resistance of the structure. Keystone Structural came out on a weekend to survey the project and provided a cost effective solution to satisfy the county concerns. Very timely service, very professional, very responsive to my texts and emails, 10/10 would recommend and will use again on future projects.

We consulted with Keystone during escrow on a property that had some deck issues. Mehdi was extremely responsive and was able to accommodate our inspection on very short notice after another engineer cancelled at the last minute. He was prompt, thorough, and explained everything he was looking at very clearly. We ended up not going through with the purchase, but we will absolutely use Keystone/Mehdi on all future structural inspections or projects in the future (in fact, I'm about to follow up with him on another property).

Keystone Structural Engineers helped me solve a residential property issue that had been on my mind for quite a while. They were very professional and their pricing was also reasonable for the level of service they provide. I'd highly recommend them if you have this type of need, and are in the greater Sacramento Area.

Initially, Keystone Structural Engineers seemed professional and helpful, but my experience quickly went downhill. They delivered my as-built drawings late, and while mostly accurate, there were some errors and oversights. The engineered drawings arrived even later and were vague, with significant issues such as incorrect references (e.g., specifying a continuous footing instead of a pad footing).

When I requested changes to fix these errors, it took months to get a response, and when revisions finally arrived, they failed to address the problems. This cycle of delays and inadequate corrections repeated multiple times. Now, more changes are needed due to incorrect as-built drawings, and Keystone is refusing to complete the contracted work.

Throughout the entire process, communication has been slow, causing significant delays. To make matters worse, they have attempted to charge me more for fixing their own mistakes, which has been incredibly frustrating.

Overall, I’ve had an awful experience with this firm. It seems like residential projects aren’t a priority for them. If you’re looking for an engineering firm for your home, I would strongly recommend keeping your distance.

We have been working with keystone structural engineers for 2 years now. They do great work, Mehdi is knowledgeable and knows his stuff. The process to get your plans is usually 30 days and once you have them it’s smooth sailing. First try approvals with building departments every time.

I’ve also referred Mehdi to big commercial contractors building complicated structures and they all thank me for the fantastic referral. A+

I am so glad i found Keystone Structural Engineers. I was looking for a reliable and professional structural engineer to draw the plan for the removal of a load bearing wall in our house. The project was very complex and the load bearing wall was a 2-story load bearing wall that was also holding the weight of the room. Mehdi was amazing. He was very patient and provided the designs within the timeframe promised at a reasonable price. He even made himself available to answer any follow up questions from the City of Sacramento and helped with the permit process. He was available to even connect with my contractors and answer their questions. Truly appreciated it. I am halfway through my project, and so far, so good. Mehdi came out to my house, and patiently listened to all my insane ideas for a pool remodel. We went over each detail of my project, and reached an agreement on plans that I needed.
