Unfortunately, my experience with this construction company was extremely disappointing. The job was not completed properly, and several parts of the work were left unfinished. The quality of the workmanship was poor and far from professional.

The work was done carelessly, with little attention to basic details, and it clearly did not meet acceptable professional standards. When I pointed out the issues, I did not receive a serious response or a proper solution, which made it feel like the company was avoiding responsibility.

I expected professional construction services, but instead I am left with work that now requires additional repairs at my own expense.

I would not recommend this company. Make sure to thoroughly research other options before hiring them.

Terrible company.
Sales man did a great job selling product, but results were far from what was proposed.

Took about a year to complete what was done in a few days.

Communication is terrible..

I had them build a lanai for me.

Poured concrete is terrible. Not smooth finished. Already have long cracks in them. The roof is leaking and rain water damaged my lights .

Terrible experience with this company and I feel as if I overpayed for Terrible outcome.

I contracted them for a screened in sunroom. Poor communication, lots of conflicting information about the scope of work, and then when they finally came, they did poor quality and never finished the job- now conveniently no one will answer or respond to me even after reaching out to the owner and sending him pictures. The pictures of my sunroom look nothing like the one in the contract or the website. They didn’t properly level the pavers so there’s a dip and part is higher than the rest, which prevents the door from opening. So their fix was just to cut the bottom of the door at an angle so there’s a large slanted gap at the bottom of the door. They also did not set the pavers so they are lose and have gaps between them.

EDIT: @the owners response- I have reached out to you (the owner) via email and Camilla and Nicole via text and email. None of you have responded. Look at the recent 5 star review pics here and then look at the quality you left me. It’s not the same. This is unacceptable and I shouldn’t have to leave a poor google review to get a response from you.

7 Diamond Builders just completed our paver patio and covered screen room and we are thrilled with the results. The paver flooring is great. The Romero Team built the structure, including the aluminum screen room, screen doors to the back yard, French doors that replaced our sliding glass doors, hard insulated roof, ceiling fans, and electrical outlets, and these guys are fantastic. They know every part of the job and have a solution for every situation. Plus they are friendly and personable. You can tell they are knowledgeable, well-trained craftsmen and mechanical engineers. My wife and I recommend them highly.

I can't thank the owner, Mike of 7 Diamond Builders and his complete staff for their incredible work on our new screened in Lanai. Yondriel's Team did a fantastic job. A very hard-working team. They really paid attention to details and it shows in the final product. Every day they came to the job with a smile on their face from start to finish. Camila and Lupita kept my Wife and I informed throughout the whole process from start to finish too. Numerous texts were sent to keep us up to date and when the workers would show up. A fantastic experience which exceeded my expectations. A great business to hire for your building needs.

UPDATE: The owner Mike called us to try to assist. I was pleased that he was apologetic about the concrete work that was done. Evidently, the concrete is purchased from an outside source, and we got a poor mix. We had to paint over the poorly laid concrete to conceal the defects, of which some still can be seen through the paint as raised areas.
I wish to reiterate that the crew that installed the screen porch itself did excellent work. I am also pleased that Mike made an effort to help as much as he could. He offered to send a worker to paint the slab but we had to do so immediately as we had other vendors scheduled to do work in the new space. He did pay for the paint and materials we used to paint the slab.
I wish I could give four stars after the fact but it is not justified. The way I see it, the porch crew gets five stars and the concrete crew and lack of communication throughout the process gets one star. So, I average it out at three stars.

This was the original review for context. I feel better about this company now but they need to hire better staff for slab construction.

Poor workmanship, poor communication, and overpriced. The slab was laid less than two weeks ago, and it has holes in it. I think that they mixed it improperly because of this and it is discolored. The workers slopped concrete all over the walls, stripped the stucco on the outside walls next to where they put the screen porch. They repaired these problems but left behind a mess in the yard and streaks and holes in the slab.
Communications with the office was bad unless you complained. Only then did you get news on the progression of the project. We would be told that they would contact us concerning the timeline but then people would show up out of the blue. We were never contacted. They seemed only concerned with getting our money or if we complained. Maybe if the work was done as advertised, we would not have complained.
We were assured when we had the estimate done that they did not subcontract out and that they had their own staff. If that is the case, then they were poorly trained. We paid more for their services compared to other companies because of these assurances and now I feel ripped off and a fool. Buyer beware.
Instead, I write a negative review that will hopefully help others to choose a better outfit. See the pictures.

Romero brothers did my screen porch and they did a Awesome job. They were super professional and clean. Highly recommended for any exterior work you may need.

Amazing work ethic and finished product. Had my house vinyled back in July, even with additional small jobs I asked for during the process everything was done professionally and on time. Cannot recommend them enough!

Kelson is not only a contractor but an artist. Wonderful work by him and his crew. He made my house look like new! Extremely satisfied.

They did a great job with my new roof. Scheduling was tight due to all the rain, but they came and worked at 14 hour day to complete it in "one day."

They answered all questions, explained everything, and they were very affordable!!! About $14k less than a previous quote!

KH Exteriors built a screen room for us, replacing our 30 year old deck. The room is beautiful. From the office personnel, to the salesman, to the entire crew on site, everyone was very professional and worked from sun up to sun down. They definitely know their stuff. They went beyond the call helping us with some miscellaneous details. They were the perfect solution for us. They arranged for everything...dumpster, gas line relocation, electrical and ceiling fan installation. Top notch.

We had a screen porch built with KH and had a wonderful experience. We discussed the project with several companies but KH stood out. Manufacturing during Covid was slow but once they had the materials their team went to work and got our room and finishing touches done in no time. Admin staff was always easy to reach with questions. And the owner of the company was involved in every step of the process. Great company to work with, would use again for future projects and would recommend to anyone.

I too got 3 estimates at first and chose KH Exteriors for working with me on an existing complex back and side porch and they kept me updated on the shipping status. Kelson did the official measurements and took lead during the install, which only took 2 days vs. a week that I originally expected. He and his crew Mark and Conner were pleasant, professional, on time and worked with me on specific details of my liking. I appreciate contractors that are easy to talk to throughout the process. This crew was awesome and I'd highly recommend them. The porch looks great!

We just had our back porch enclosed in glass and the gentlemen that did the work, Ricardo, Oscar, and David, did a wonderful job. They worked like a well oiled machine, they were very neat knew what they were doing and were a pleasant crew to have work with on my home. If the occasion arises I will definitely recommend Patio enclosures.

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Patio Enclosures. Whitney was amazing setting up appointments, answering my (many) questions and keeping us organized. Keith was really helpful when he came to scope out the project. He explained everything clearly, including timelines and what to expect. Mike, the construction team lead was easy to communicate with, right on time and got the job done. The new sunroom is beautiful. We have coffee every morning with the dogs, looking out at our beautiful yard and listening to the birds sing. We watch the sunset every night. The windows and doors are so easy to operate and close securely when we need them to. Highly recommend.
