We love our new cover!! It looks so good, like it's supposed to have always been a part of the house. The extra shade in the backyard & pool is wonderful and it's also great to have the additional shade over our bedroom window- don't need to worry about closing the blinds in the morning. The crew that installed it were fast and efficient and cleaned up and they were thorough in explaining maintenance/cleaning to keep it looking great. I would definitely recommend Skyline Sunrooms.

This is the second time we have used Skyline to install a patio cover for us. They always provide good customer service and deliver a product that exceeds expectations, highly recommended if you want a quality patio cover installed

Skyline Sunrooms was wonderful to work with. We now have had the company design and make 3 patio overhangs. The workmen are on time, clean and experts. We would highly recommend the company.

From sales (Brent) to design (Dennis) to scheduling (Andrea) and installation (Sam and Ryan)… EVERYone (literally everyone) was extraordinarily professional, prompt/ responsive, and friendly!!! Brent came out to immediately and expedited our order resulting in significant savings. Dennis then followed with a home visit to finalize design details. From there, Andrea stayed in contact at just the right intervals to make sure our installation dovetailed perfectly with landscape construction. Then, Sam and Ryan came out and managed to complete the entire install in ONE day (beating out the rain). And I’m not taking about slapping it together as fast as possible. CLEAN and THOROUGH. Stayed past dark POLISHING and touching up any little anything. Just do it. GO WITH SKYLINE!

These guys are awesome! From Rick in Sales who always gets us what we need at a great price, to Darren who manages the installations, he is a genius, the installers are top notch, and the quality is excellent, including the office staff that schedules the work, they always deliver! Skyline replaced our aging wooden patio cover with a beautiful Alumawood patio cover.

From the initial call to explain what we wanted, to the visit by the Skyline designer, to the installers, everything was very organized and professional.

I cannot say enough about the installers! "Experts" would be the right word. Everything went totally to plan, exactly on schedule and they left us with a beautiful, perfectly constructed and rock solid patio cover. We could not be happier!

Skyline Sunrooms Review July 25-26, 2023

On May 12, 2023, I met with Rick, a representative for Skyline Sunrooms. We discussed different kinds of patio covers, including, size, style, color, and the product Alumawood. I was given a brochure, and I informed Rick that a friend had a patio cover installed some months ago, and she recommended Skyline. Because my neighbor was with me at my friend’s house, we both asked for contact information. Word of mouth and good business is the best advertisement!

After an hour or so, me and Rick had discussed the patio cover size and color, and what would complement the space in my backyard; he was through and patient. He made sure to explain that I would have a Design Consultant (Chris) to visit, and at that time I could make any changes in design and color of the patio cover.

Chris, a Design Consultant, visited my home on May 31st. He assured me that I had selected a nice patio cover, and with his expertise I decided on a different patio cover color. Chris took final patio measurements, and explained what was expected of me in preparing for the patio installation. He also discussed what to expect when the installers arrived, and what the warranty would cover. I was pleased with Chris’ attitude and his input was invaluable.

Fast forwarding to the morning of the installation which was July 25. I was greeted by Ryan, Logan, and Judah. Their body language and pleasant demeanor exhibited that they were here at my home to begin the job. The work began, and I took notice from inside my home that these guys were taking care of my plants and cleaning as they went along. These guys are professionals and worked in tandem to get the patio cover built. Because this was a two-day project, my yard was left neat and in order with the products in areas that did not impede me moving about after the team left.

Day two, I approached Ryan to ask him questions about the building of my patio and getting a first-hand feel of the material itself. Ryan had extensive knowledge about the product, and he patiently explained the process of building the patio cover. In my conversations with these guys individually, I gathered that each understood the building process. Logan and Judah were just as informed and knowledgeable, as it related to the Alumawood product.

Finally, aside from the nicely built patio cover, the cleanup was most important to me. The guys left my yard in good condition. I am pleased to share that my patio cover is beautiful in size, style, and color, and it compliments my backyard perfectly!

I had a great experience with Skyline Sunrooms! Alex and Judah came out to install my pergola, and they were absolutely fantastic. Both were professional, super friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They got everything done in a single day and even took the time to give me some helpful tips on how to take care of it. The pergola looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with how smooth the whole process was. Highly recommend this team!

Darrin and team were spectacular! He really knows the planning and design really well. He really made sure every part integrated with the rest of our backyard project such as where the post could be placed and how it would fit into our other design ideas with great detail. He was able to confidently and accurately answer my questions with detail which really stood out. I appreciate his care especially when it came to drainage for the runoff on the sunroom and patio cover and how it would integrate with our backyard contractors drain system. He offered many tips and suggestions and constantly checked in throughout the project. He is a true master of his craft. Andrea was great with her check-ins and communicating inspections. The install team was just as details at their part. The even found the perfect solution to cover up an insight old transformer component.

My awning looks like it should have been there the entire time. Fantastic communication back and fourth with the engineers and planners. The crew that came out was extremely professional - probably the best contractors we have worked with in San Diego. I’m not affiliated with this company or its personnel**. Timeline was as promised, the site was cleaned like nothing ever happened. I really have nothing bad at all to say, will be going back to Skyline for future contracts. 6 Stars!

My old wooden patio cover was aging and had dry rot starting in a couple of areas. Skyline Sunrooms and Patio Covers came in and removed my old patio cover, and replaced it with the exact design I had before (at my request), except my new patio cover is even better than my previous one! It looks great, is durable and easy to take care of, and not flammable. Everyone I dealt with was nice and professional. My installers were clean and efficient. Nice job, Skyline! Thank you very much.

My experience with skyline was excellent. Eric came for initial measurements. He answered all my questions and left me with a quote. The price was really reasonable. After that they never called to push me to move forward which I absolutely loved. 2 months later i contacted Eric with some additional questions and he patiently replied. I move forward with the project and everything was very easy from there. They even helped to contact my HoA and provide design info for approval. Installation done in one day and I absolutely love the final product.

I reached out to them about doing an Alumawood patio cover for my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. Eric, the design lead on my project, was extremely knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. He walked me through everything to make sure his design aligned with my vision. It's clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. I was so impressed by his professionalism and his attention to detail.

I was really concerned with how this patio cover was going to tie in to my existing roof (which was not easy), and Darrin, the construction manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He even came by to speak with my roofer, to make sure that everything was going to be seamless and built to last. He really cared about making sure I was happy with what they were building. I'm extremely grateful for his partnership on this project. What a fantastic human and the utmost professional.

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this company. They have great people, they do outstanding work, and they truly care about making their customers happy. Also shout out to Joe the manager, who worked with me on price to get this patio cover completed within my budget.

I had a 5 star experience with Skyline Sunroom from start to finish. Very professional in every way starting with the design and the installation. They kept me informed along the way and they are easy to do business with. We just finished our second project with them. I would highly recommend them for your next project. Their price was very competitive and the product is excellent.

I chose Skyline because of the excellent reviews and now am adding my own. I am thrilled with my patio cover (the installers were hardly packed up before my neighbors came over to see how it turned out since they are considering one). Shout out to Brent, my original contact person/designer/problem solver, who is extremely pleasant and communicative, Chris—the owner—who came onsite a couple times to make sure measurements, etc. were accurate, Andrea the project manager who treats you like family, and the installers whose names escape me (Larry?). The project was not without problems but the team came together to make an impossible situation possible and complete the project by the deadline I had requested. Skyline is a well-oiled machine of service & professionalism. You won’t be disappointed.
