Signature Specialty Contractors did an excellent job. They extended the back patio, installed the pavers and built my screen room. There was a minor issue with the gutter, but they fixed it right away. I’m really satisfied. Highly recommended.

What an amazing job they did!! I am pleased with all the contractors that came out extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clean! I have to give a huge shout out to Tom from the moment he came to do an evaluation he was honest, genuine and transparent. He lived up to the high expectations we were expecting!! Communication was amazing he made us feel like we were his only customer and a priority. Before we made a decision we had 4 contractors come out and Tom just stuck in our head. They are very reasonable priced for the work that is being done. Remember less price is not always better we have heard horror stories so greatful we made the right decision. Call Tom you won’t be disappointed!!

We are very pleased with the new screen enclosure Signature Specialty Contractors designed and constructed for us. Mike and Heidi helped throughout the process keeping us informed of the design/construction schedule and helped solve an existing problem with the roof connection to the house. The price was less than what I thought it would be, the installation was professional, the workers were skilled and personable, and they didn’t mind my questions. Today, we had the pleasure of having a lanai/screen room installed by this company. Our experience, from start to finish, has been seamless. The communication has been excellent, with salesman Tom, the office staff, and the crew all demonstrating a high level of professionalism. While I cannot yet attest to the durability, the construction seems solid. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a lanai installation.

We had your representative (Rob) come by to give us an estimate for a patio and sun room....I would like to say he did an outstanding job explaining everything and his demeanor was so awesome, he was one of the nicest people we've ever met...and we would love to have him come by again to finish up our estimate for the job...I highly recommend him to anyone needing a sun room built..

Rob was patient, informative and very understanding of our circumstances. He was more than willing to listen to us and was very "low key" with his presentation. We highly recommend Rob for any room imprivements you might have.

Sales Rep, Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. He took the time to explain the patio enclosure options clearly but was not pushing the sale.

My father and I are interested in adding a screened patio. I looked online and Patio Enclosures were the 1st one that came up with a great rating. I called and scheduled an appointment. Mr. Rob came out to give us an estimate on adding a screened room to our patio. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He even did a virtual image of how it would look like on our home. When we decide if and when we'll move forward, we're definitely calling Mr. Rob.
