We had an… okay experience, but ended on a bad note. Mason was who helped us through the design. The city of Dallas took forever to get the permit approved but then they required revisions to what Pinnacle submitted in the plans. It took about two months for the permit process alone (not really Pinnacles fault, I suppose).

In the construction process, there was a time where they thought the square concrete stonework was acceptable. Attached is a picture. I had to argue with the project manager that it was poor planning and poor execution but eventually they agreed to make it right.

One complaint I can’t shake is that Mason told us during the sale that they like to give a “gift” at the end… in the mock up we were told maybe some cocoon chairs by the pool or something. Never got any type of “gift”.

In the end, everything was nice, but one thing I specifically asked during the sale was that is our sprinkler system going to be an issue and Mason said no, they deal with that all the time. Fast forward, the broke our sprinkler system in the excavation process (we didn’t learn this until the end). We told Mason and the project manager about it and they told us they would fix it, but it turns out they hired a vendor that they typically use for irrigation and then didn’t tell us that we would be footing the bill. Then told us the contract says they don’t pay for that. We were never given an estimate, never told verbally prior that we would be responsible when we raised the concern, etc. we were told the project manager failed to tell us of the estimate and that we would be required to pay.

Bad taste at the end having to foot an extra unexpected $1500 irrigation repair bill.

As I understand it, The Fox family came to North Texas from California to build pools, and they are excellent at it! Mason Fox, our salesperson and designer, is awesome! He is knowledgeable about the process and helped us understand every step along the way. He always responded to me in a timely fashion (usually within minutes), and he always helped us achieve exactly what we wanted. He has an excellent, “can do” attitude that makes working with him both fun and productive.

Mason and our project coordinator, Sean, competently answered every question we had and helped us build a stunning, custom pool that blends with our traditional home.

The subs were always friendly and professional.

We added a strong water jet so we can swim laps in our small-ish pool, and we love it! This allows us to swim laps in our smaller, recreational pool.

Although there was alot of rain during our building process that delayed things, Pinnacle managed to finish our pool in only 2.5 months!! Without the rain, we would have finished in under 2 months. I think that’s pretty remarkable.

Pinnacle Pools is a professional and enjoyable company with this to work. I can highly recommend them. We are thrilled with our new pool.

A Affordable pool and spa did an excellent job finding and fixing a leak and repairing our skimmers in a timely manner for a reasonable price. We were especially impressed with the professionalism of the men sent to do the job. Highly recommend this company.

I remember working side by side with Manny (The Wrecker) as we all referred to him in a time when " Everyone that worked for George at Pool and Christmas Village in Swansea had a nickname they hated, no matter what you asked the guys to call you when you were hired , they always dubbed you something else to piss you off " But for real, Manny was special, in his own way, if he cracked the 5 ft 4 mark in Redwings with 3 inch soles id be surprised, but for a man so short GOD SURE AS THE SKY IS BLUE AND WATER IS WET PACKED A HEART FULL OF 10 TIMES MORE , LOVE , COMPASSION, EMPATHY, GENEROSITY, CARING UNDERSTANDING AND DETERMINATION than any 20 men that I have ever known. He was the kind of person who would stop doing whatever he was doing, or (and I've been with him on numerous occasions to see this) stop driving wherever he was driving to pull over and help another human being in need, asking for NOTHING IN RETURN. The man could operate a Bobcat or T Handle Mustang like a Pro and dig a hole to Construct a pool in that would measure within a 1/4 in of completely level FIRST SHOT . I built pools with Manny for a good 7-8 years, and whenever I was in need of work after I left the industry he would simply say "Hey boy be at my house 7 am tomorrow we got pools to build" I watched his business grow as he began teaching his son the tricks of the trade. A few weeks back I was looking for work and almost picked up the phone and reached out to him.

Yesterday came with bad news, news I was not aware of, after running into another Old Timer who I spent many a year riding 3 deep across the bench seat of a broken down pick up running from one of New England to the other building pools with Manny at the wheel. We were sharing memories when I asked if he had seen Manny (Wrecker) and if so how he was. My heart broke when he informed me that God reached out his hand and brought Manny home around 5 years ago.... I had no words then and I have no words now to express how special of a man this world lost the day called him home.
I'm very happy to hear his Son has carried on the business and is doing well. So Manny if you're listening, I need some work, I'll be on the corner at 7am ready to go! Don't forget My Small Hot Xtra Xtra in the Old School Dunkin Donuts Cardboard Cup (Manny showed me how to bite the rim of the cardboard coffee cup and keep it clenched in my teeth while continuing to work at the same time, also that whether it was -9 degrees or 99 degrees HOT COFFEE was the way to go.

Choosing a pool builder is not an easy process and we met with many. Deciding to go with Aquascapes proved to be a great decision! Sean and Jason as well as all of the subcontractors were great to work with and listened to what we wanted. Sean designed and created an amazing backyard space with a pool and kitchen combo. Communication is key and there was never a time where we felt disconnected at all. Even at a time of rising demands for pools, they were able to finish our pool in four weeks and the total project within 8 weeks! We couldn't be happier with our decision and have recommended Sean and his team numerous times already!!

I would highly recommend Aquascapes to anyone looking to have a pool built. The entire process was seamless and completed in 3.5 weeks. Continuous updates through the Buildertrend app, an on-site camera for both us and their team to monitor, and availability from Sean, Kat or Jason anytime we had questions. If you are considering having a pool built, they should be your only option.

In a world which Customer Service is almost nonexistent, working with Sean at Aquascapes has taught us a few things! I give them the most stars possible, and then some!! We have zero regrets choosing AquaScapes as our pool builder, patio addition builder, our outdoor space designer and more.

I don’t have enough kind words for Aquascapes and the entire pool building experience with them. Sean and everyone on his team were amazing from start to finish. The design process was seamless while Sean took everything we said we wanted and turned our dream into a reality. Each individual crew exceeded expectations and we were swimming in our pool in record time!! It was fun to watch the progress through the Builder Trend app and know exactly what the team was doing each day. Along with this, Sean and Jason checked on our pool almost daily and answered any questions we had immediately. Aquascapes truly made our pool dreams come true and we could not be happier!!

Everyone at Aquascapes is amazing! We reached out to pool companies during winter break. Sean immediately contacted us. We were shocked 😲 at the quick response. We explained to him what we wanted and price range. He told us the designer Kat would be out to look at our space and get more information.
Once we started working with Kat on the design she was quick to deliver renderings. We would email back and forth with our vision. She would immediately have a rendering to us. She made our vision a reality. Kat was easy to work with and patient with us as we asked questions. Kat went above and beyond helping with HOA when we were denied at first.
Then the build started. Once again communication was excellent. The app Buildertrend kept us up-to-date on what was happening with pictures. Sean, Kat, and everyone gave suggestions on the pool colors which we loved.
We recorded pool school so we can reference it at anytime. We have been in our pool since April. We cleaned our filters for the first time on July 2nd as suggested.
I would recommend and have recommended Aquascapes to anyone who asks about pool companies. Aquascapes communication is top notch, which many companies lack these days.

Aquascapes did a fantastic job building out pool, spa & outdoor kitchen. We had experience building a pool with another builder in our former house and we cannot stress enough how much better the experience with Aquascapes was. From design to build, Denver and Sean were responsive, quick and provided outstanding communication and support, on top of completing everything in less than 6 weeks, from start to finish. We highlight recommend them!

Huge shout out to Aquascapes Pools! I didn’t believe this project could be completed in one month, but here we are: Oct 30-Nov 30! Aquascapes was so incredibly professional….reasonable pricing, crews showed up exactly as scheduled & management checked in daily. Best of all, we had constant communication to know exactly what would happen day to day. And they are the nicest people around!!!

Aquascapes was exceptional throughout our entire pool build! Working with Sean was an absolute pleasure and breath of fresh air. After having had a lot of experience working with residential contractors on a variety of projects, I can say Sean was by far the best. Communication, attention to detail, and oversight was unrivaled. Throughout the pool building process the professionalism of Aquascapes was phenomenal. Sean made us feel like we were their only customers although I knew they were building multiple pools at the same time. The ease of communication and walking us step by step through this process made us extremely happy customers. They delivered everything they promised and then some in 5 weeks! I cannot thank Sean, Jason, Matt and the entire team enough!

Loved everything about this company and the process! Building a pool is a huge project and you never know what to expect. Aquascapes was flawless from beginning to end. Great communication and excellent customer service! I was fully confident that they would do everything they said they would. I’m still in awe that in less than a month, our front and backyards are back to green grass with an added sparkling swimming pool and spa! Crazy! What an excellent job!

Okay okay.. hear me out. We reached out to Aquascapes at the end of the summer because we wanted both a pool and a custom patio. We set a budget, but unfortunately we’re bougie and what we wanted was out of OUR budget. Sean (the owner) personally worked with us and sent us multiple designs that would work within our budget and encompass all of our requests to ensure we met our budget. Ultimately that meant my husband and I would have to make some compromises, and that is not what I wanted. We decided to start with the custom back patio first and with the goal of paying what we financed quickly, we will come back and get the bougie pool we want. Sean has been nothing but patient with all our requests, questions, and maybe some micro managing. He would always text back or call same day when I would reach out. I honestly feel this review won’t give Aquascapes enough justice. Additionally, they did cement work for us like extending our driveway and adding a 10x12 pad for our shed to be installed. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that Sean did all the paperwork with the City of Magnolia to ensure that our permits were properly done and that all of the inspections were scheduled quickly, and all of the phases passed the first time with no issues!! Thank you thank you thank you Sean for making this experience so seamless and easy for us and for taking good care of us. We can’t wait to work with you on our pool!

Also, he recommended us to Billa Gutters for the patio gutters and that was also a great recommendation!!

-Sean is design, sales, and basically the GC. He was great! Above and beyond for sure!!
-Jason oversaw the job day-to-day, Sean's right hand man once construction started. He was super helpful with updates, even gave me the name of a painter who helped us out with the awning and did great work!
-Matt-taught pool school and maintained pool until we pool school. Super thorough and very helpful. Still answers my questions when I forget something or have a question (thank goodness)!

We had an initial consult with Sean the first week of May 2024. By June 3rd they started the dig, and by June 27th we were swimming!

I think the best part initially was the fact that Sean was a no pressure sales guy, very professional, and responsive when I texted him random questions before we signed the contract.

Sean set us up with an app that showed the pool build schedule, as well as a Ring camera that caught movement in the yard (which was super nice because we were on vacation for a big chunk of the build). During our vacation, Sean was super helpful by communicating with the contractor I had scheduled the awning build with as well--something he def did not have to do.

All the contractors showed up exactly as scheduled with only one weather delay that didn't affect our swim date.

Throughout the process, Sean was available by phone/text and was super responsive--highly recommend working with him! Jason was there day to day and was also very helpful. He gave me the name of a painter that did a fantastic job on our awning. His experience is evident, super helpful.
Matt maintained chems until pool school, then taught pools school. Super thorough and very helpful. Responsive to quick questions even after everything else was completely finished.

After the build and we were all set up, I had an issue with the umbrella sleeve on the table. Sean had guys come out a few times and I still was not happy. Eventually they came out and completely removed the old sleeve and replaced it. Also had an issue with the robot that came with the pool. Sean and Matt handled the warranty work and had someone come out and fix it.

Literally 100% happy with our experience and highly recommend Aquascapes, Sean, Jason, Matt...ALL super great!

We just finished building our outdoor oasis with Aquascapes. They made everything go so smoothly and did an incredible job from start to finish. The communication was clear and they were out here when they said they would be here. The detail to craftsmanship was unmatched. They had creative ideas when designing the pool and made our backyard feel so much larger and brought the outdoor space to life. We have worked with a lot of contractors, and this by far was the easiest team we have ever worked with. Sean, Jason, or Denver was on site to monitor the project anytime there was work being done.

Sean and team were absolutely amazing! From dig to fill in less than 30 days! Sean and Jason were always coming by checking on the project, sending pictures, and asking if we had questions. Any time I called my phone call was answered or quickly returned. Pricing was competitive but their customer service can't be beat. We love our pool and can't wait for summer.
