Initially Jared and team were great. We did a kitchen and floor remodel and it came out beautiful. We changed our minds on some stuff and wanted other stuff added and Jarad was great. Great idea's and very helpful. Quality of work was great. Very flexible and even helped us with suggestions on things were were doing ourselves. 5 star service and quality. Price was competitive too.
Then it happened. The floors started buckling. At first the team was did have the area fixed though it did take a few months. Now it is happening again. We called them and slow response. After follow up, Jared sent his brother out and agreed that there was an issue and told me they would get back to us. Weeks later nothing. My wife followed up with Jared and gave us name of manufacturer. Port building did the downstairs where there was the issue. We did the upstairs with no issue. I am very disappointed on how this is going. They seem to be walking away leaving us with buckling floors. They are getting worse. It is happening to other areas in our downstairs area. Not happy. Changing to a 3. Stay tuned, we will see if they take care of the issue for us. I am trying to be as fair as I can on this and will adjust the score based on the outcome.

Here is the update. Jarrad came out to fix. Promised would have floors redone. Been trying to get a hold of him multiple times and he is obviously avoiding me. Been 2 months since promised to fix. Very disappointed.

We had our hard wood floors refinished and added hard wood to our stairs and upstairs hallway. they worked with us regarding our schedule to minimize the hassle and provided us a great result. They cleaned up and did what they promised. Great operation and thankful to the craftsmanship!

Superb organization from top to bottom. Extremely professional and every member had impeccable manners. We were in the process of building our dream home and every contractor commented on the great workmanship of the pool and stamped concrete. I recommend them to everybody!

These guys are honest, ethical, and do great work. I had them completely gut and redo 2 bathrooms. Their work was excellent. They were very professional and I plan on using them again. One other thing. They are trustworthy as well. We had no problem leaving them at our home when we had to leave.

Fantabulous work ethic and skill. Seriously we had to fire our first contractor and if we had worked with Port Building System from the beginning we would have had smooth sailing and our project would have finished on schedule. They show up on schedule prepared for the day and then they work all day with few if any breaks. The subs they use are incredible as well. I will SHOUT from the roof tops all day long hire Port Building System if you want a professional job with people who care and are fair and honest. Excellent work ethic.

Jared and his team did an outstanding job with our pool installation. So easy to work with and always responsive. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I highly recommend their services.

Justin and Johnathan were outstanding, their quote was better than other companies, they didn’t have a crazy wait to start the pool, some other companies had 2-3year waits. They included several things in the bid that others didn’t (salt, upgraded pump…. Etc…)! Professionals the entire job! They were on the job with the crew not just visiting they worked and managed the job much more than most contractors. They were easy to get a hold of any time I needed anything! I would and do recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

I thank the entire staff for a fantastic design on Wetscapes Fiberglass Pools. My project manager was excellent at communicating and always on target. Overall excellent business. Get your pool from Wetscapes Fiberglass Pools; they were dependable and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Additionally, as part of the punch down or warranty, fix any faults. Again, I can't express my gratitude enough.

We hired Port Building Systems several times over the past several years remodeling our 1870 farmhouse. The work they did for us included among other things adding a bathroom, relocating a laundry room, roofing, replacing a deck, and reinforcing the foundation. Jarod and his crew performed quality work, were professional and courteous, and were sensitive to maintaining the historical character of the house. Visitors to our house always compliment the quality and craftsmanship of the work they performed.

Professional and expedient service. We are very satisfied with all aspects of our new pool. Port Building/Wetscapes did our pool, Unlimited Landscapes did our patio/pavers and surrounding lawn, Automatic Pool Covers installed the cover, and Evan Combs with G&H Electric did all the electrical including installing our new outdoor TV.

From beginning to end, Wetscape’s was incredible to work with. Jared came to give us an estimate, and we got our quote within 24 hours. Another company we called took almost 30 days to do that. Throughout the process I was informed of what was happening each day. If they were not going to be there working, then Jared would text me they weren’t and why. Extremely professional. I have heard horror stories with pool companies, and every person I asked for recommendations did not recommend their own pool company. Don’t use anyone else for your pool. They completed mine and my neighbor’s pool in exactly 26 days. Thank you Wescapes for everything for your hard work, and attention to detail. We appreciate you immensely!!

From the first meeting with them we felt we had found the right builder. The whole build exceeded our expectations. The pool is beautiful and in a spot that we love.
