Charles Dillon does an exceptional job and is very customer service oriented. He is top-notch!!! The challenge with TruGreen is their customer service line- unfriendly, don’t understand the treatments for services, unable to schedule customers or connect them with the local office, they also falsely stated that TG does not work on Fridays and Saturday which Charles Dillion corrected. TG needs to do a better scheduling of customers with the Tree and Shrub service throughout the year like they do for the Lawn Service. Perhaps have exceptional employees like Charles Dillion assist in training you 800 call center employees!!

In previous years I got a text the day before and again upon arrival for treatment that I didn’t receive today. If I know you are coming I can open my gates and bring my dog inside. Stay away FAR away from this company. They don't even deserve 1 star. They are unresponsive and lie to their customers. You can't speak to anyone in the local office - it all gets routed to customer service where they continue to lie and tell you things you want to hear, but it's never correct information. I've been trying to cancel my service with them for 3 weeks. I'm told my account is cancelled (although nobody can send me anything in writing that it is) but they keep sending techs out to try and treat my now dead grass. Trust me, look at other local companies - they will do a far better job than anything TruGreen has to offer.
