We used SERVPRO to spray our house after we all had COVID. They were very professional, arrived on time and explained things thoroughly. The front office staff was very helpful and so pleasant to talk with.

Michael and Matthew were very courteous and did a great job!! They showed up on time, were very thorough. Servpro was recommended by another industry pro to clean our ducts and they did not disappoint!!!

A broken water pipe in the ceiling flooded a large basement in our home. Significant water damage to walls, ceiling, flooring, doors, etc. It was a huge mess. Max Pope and his team arrived when promised, assessed the situation, and worked extremely hard for days in hot and humid conditions to remove load after load of unsalvageable material and then totally dried out the entire effected area. Max made a point to keep me informed on current conditions and his progress every step of the way. This was the first time I ever had a home damaged like this, and he answered (patiently) dozens of questions for me based on his knowledge and experiences on all aspects of the situation. All his answers and advice were spot on. Thanks to them, we are now able to move forward and "put everything back together." Great job.

Our ceiling in the utility room fell and they repaired the damage which included replacing rotten boards, insulation, and sheet rock. Max was great and explained how they would fix the damage and what the cost would be. I am so glad we used them and I would highly recommend.

My dishwasher overflowed . I came home to water dripping down in the garage. And insulation hanging down.
In a PANIC I called SERVPRO. They were here within the hour. The set up fan, dehumidifiers, mats, etc. It all stayed total of 4 days. My pine floors look great. Could never tell they were at one time full of water. I can't say enough about Mike and Max. Max was here everyday checking on everything.
I highly recommend this business to anyone who has water problems.

I had a flood in my home that I discovered on a Friday Evening at 9:30pm. I was besides myself, started cleaning and knew I was in over my head. I called Servpro and Max was here by 10:15pm! He immediately started clean up of the standing water in my lower level and started drying everything out with big machines. He was here until 2am! He made sure everything was cleaned up and livable. Every time they were supposed to be here they called and were on time. They handled everything, rip up of the old hardwood floors, have the new floors installed, everything from start to finish! I am a single mom of a teenage daughter and a full time job and farm. I didnt have to worry about anything, they handled it all. I highly recommend them. Their customer service was fantastic and the office manager, Ashley, was a pleasure to work with.

Let me just tell you, I had a water main break in my house. They were here within an hour of us finding it. One man. Alone. He ripped out every floor. Moved furniture. Took the time to make sure our cat didn't escape. Kept us calm and laughing and was sooo helpful. They gave us updates daily on when we could possibly return. They made a horrible time a pleasant and easy experience!

Max is super responsive and knowledgeable. Helped us out by thoroughly examining an area we thought might have mold and showed us and explained how mold grows and that ours was not mold. He is very friendly and wants to help in anyway he can! I would hire him for any services we need from now on and very highly recommend going to him first for any services. Karren

I cannot say enough good things about Max Pope and his team at ServPro. We had alot of damage due to a burst tubing from the ice maker. This family owned business takes pride in doing a good job of cleaning up. They are friendly, prompt in responding, arrives on time, and very professional. They removed all the water, ripped up all the floors affected by the water, worked with Gillenwaters on our new flooring, removed part of the downstairs ceiling that was damaged, and because water had also gone down a floor vent, they cleaned out and sanitized our duct work.
