Servpro of Blount County did an excellent job at my home cleaning out vents. They were very impressive! They cleaned all the vent covers and cleaned up after their job. They were very professional. You should give them a call if you need this type of cleaning or water restoration. I know several people who have used this company and they always do a good job!

We had serious fire in our home on Mothers Day weekend. The remediation company recommended by our insurer was non-responsive. So were most of the other remediation companies, despite their claims of ability to respond 24/7. Only Servpro of Blount County responded. Max, the owner, personally came out on Mothers Day afternoon to set up air scrubbers and begin the clean up process. From that point on Servpro was always there for us. We wondered if we would ever recover. They assured us we would. When the insurance company was non-responsive for weeks and our patience was stretched beyond our limits, Servpro patiently took over dealing with them. When storage pods, clean-up people and contractors had to be found, Servpro always came through. Best of all Servpro always answered the phone promptly, and followed up on every request we made. They did an outstanding job.

Casey set up service within an hour of reporting fire damage. All service personnel were thorough and professional. The whole house was cleaned and Casey made a special trip to inspect the work.

I highly recommend ServPro of Blount County. I really appreciated that the owners Max and Andrea were directly involved all the way through the flood restoration and repair process and took responsibility for overseeing the work of their team and subcontractors. Max was fantastic to respond quickly and helped put me at ease during a stressful time--a first responder that I hadn't though of before but was very much a blessing to our family.

I cannot say enough good about this company. As a real estate broker for 27 years, it is rare to see such exemplary service. They were prompt and courteous and did what they said they were going to do in a very timely fashion. When we ran into a situation that needed a professional painter, they arranged that for us and those folks were wonderful, as well. I would highly recommend Servpro of Blount County!!!

Would not recommend. Give super high estimates, do not follow through, and don’t communicate between each other. We had the mold remediation team come in and give estimate and then the renovation guy came in to give estimate. Got estimate from mold team and they did their work and paid them. Week later still hadn’t heard from the renovation guy with estimate. Had to constantly call until finally was told he had to come back out. Then he said he couldn’t do anything until had a roofer come in and fix roof and a siding guy to fix outside. Then he quoted my wife $30,000 for the rest of the work. Not including the roof and outside. We had a roofer we chose come out and quoted us $900 for roof repairs and another company come out to quote the work on the inside. Same work Servpro quoted my wife on. This company gave estimate of $10,000 for everything inside and also the outside siding work. Mold team is great. Stay clear of the renovation team. We were also told they are 4-6 months out on doing work.

I solicited other estimates that were clearly unrealistically high in cost. They were fast talking scammers. Servpro was fairly priced and clearly professional from office personel and job site workers and team leaders. My highest recommendation for your home.

The team here did a great job cleaning our HVAC ducts! They took good care to avoid messing up anything in the house. The team worked very well together. We were referred to ServPro by our HVAC maintenance vendor and we’re glad they did. All our contacts with ServPro Blount County were prompt, professional, & friendly. We’ll definitely keep them in mind for any other needs!

My technicians today were Matthew and Schuyler, and they were both incredible. Friendly and personal, prompt and efficient, and were very cognizant and respectful that I was working from home and of my pet!

As a disabled senior, I could not have found a better company than ServPro to help me during a water shut off valve break. They were here about an hour and a half after my call and got to work extracting the water and setting up fans and dehumidifier. Casey walked me through every step of the process and was here every day to check on the progress. He answered every question and sent pictures to my insurance adjuster. Ashley, the Office Manager, is very pleasant and knowledgeable and answered any questions I may have. She is continuing to help me and is referring contractors to contact for repair services. I would not hesitate to use ServPro again and would highly recommend to others. They're GREAT!!!

Gray and his team at Servpro made our nightmare of a flooded basement, bearable and manageable. The team was easy to work with, answering any and all questions that we had throughout the process. SERVPRO did an amazing job repairing our pantry after our water heater burst. The team helped us deal with our insurance company and they were quick to get everything completed for us. We will use them for any issues in the future!

Servpro of Blount County came out quickly and without hesitation to care for us when our home flooded. And when it came to payment, we never felt rushed or pressured, as we navigated through the home owners insurance claim processes (as a first-time homeowner, I know very little about). To be specific, ASHLEY is simply magical! She is exceptionally patient and understanding! She made the stressful and emotional experience of our home flooding as calm and easy as she possibly could and then some. Should anything happen in the future, I will only ever call this team first!

Our relative, a disabled Vietnam Veteran with heavy exposure to Agent Orange, and his partner, a stroke survivor, had sunk into filthy living conditions. We hired a company to move 2 dumpsters of trash out of the house and hubby and I filled another dumpster. We cleared all floors and countertops, carted away to our house clothing and miscellaneous. We hired ServPro of Blount County to clean and sanitize before the painters and floor people arrived - totally based on their reputation and advertising for cleaning up small disasters.

ServPro knew that these people had become hoarders and the invoice stated that it was a hoarder cleanout. I was told ServPro of Blound County would do the job on a Monday and finish Tuesday. Based on that, we scheduled painters, furniture movers, and flooring. ServPro of Blount County had some staffing issues which slowed them down and they said they were finished on Thursday.

When we returned to the vacant house on Friday, the floors, tops of all the furniture, behind light switches, top of cabinets, and many, many other areas were filthy and/or still had cobwebs. I texted them and they came out Monday and Tuesday. The floors were better (but still dirty, the tops of furniture extremely dusty, and the painter cleaned out the dust and filth behind switch plates. The bathtub is still filthy (the picture does not do it justice). Only the front of the refrigerator was clean, the side was yellow, even though hubby pointed this out.

Perhaps it was a communication issue on my part. Perhaps I did not make myself clear about making the house appropriate to move back into (we were paying for our disabled relatives to stay at a motel). My husband and I spent all day Wednesday, Thursday and Friday preparing at least one clean room for the couple to move back into while the painters finish. Flooring had to be rescheduled for 2 weeks from now and we will need to move these disabled relatives out again for that.

I would never use ServPro of Blount County again. And what did the (scheduled) *2-day* cleaning and sanitizing cost? Glad you asked! $5,268. I should have gone to another company. Many regrets.

Max Pope and Serve-Pro Blount Co SAVED us! We had a nasty water leak under a floor and he came out the SAME DAY. We aren’t even in Blount Co and he came fast. He checked in daily and entrusted us with the equipment. He was kind, friendly and made us feel at ease about the mess we were in.

We hired Servpro to clean vents in our new home before moving in.
