Appliance Repair reviews in Antioch, Tennessee

Extremely slow, appears to be no urgency in fixing customers appliances, took a month and a half to fix my oven. Reason given is waiting on parts. Maybe TN Appliances should consider FEDEX or some other method. After parts arrived still took over a week to get on there schedule. I am totally dissatisfied.

Dusty was very nice and professional during the service visit…would definitely recommend him! He came in and diagnosed the problem quickly. After the repair was done he thoroughly tested the washer before calling the job complete.

Dusty is an extremely knowledgeable, professional and relatable person. He keeps you informed of every step involved in the repair process and meets his established deadlines. He more than exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the great service!

We called our Home Warranty company in May with an issue with our Dishwasher. They contracted with TN Appliance Exchange and the company contracted us to make an appointment and DID NOT ask us what the error code was during the initial phone call.
The technician arrived for the appointment and because he did not have the code prior to the appointment was unable to fix the dishwasher and had to order the part.
We made a 2nd appointment with a scheduled time between 1 and 4pm. I took the day off of work and my husband was now out of state traveling. The technician called more than once and was continuing to run late and had other appointments late hat evening that I was missing due to their schedule I waited as we wanted this fixed.
Less than 15 minutes after the technician left the dishwasher through another code and I immediately took a picture and sent it to the number they have been texting me at.
They called to schedule another appointment and I told them I am not available during the weekdays and could not take another day off work. They are not available in the evenings or weekends and therefore I said it would have to wait until my husband got home.
They reached out and said they had availability today Friday July 11rh. Between 1 and 4pm. We accepted the appointment. Today between 1pm and 4pm we get calls once again that the technician is running late and he is going to be well past our booked time. At this same time he asks me what the error code is. I told him I had informed the office of it weeks ago with a picture. I forwarded the picture to his cell phone. He proceed to tell me it is the same code before and he can look at it
I called the office to leave a message and ask the owner/manager to call me as this service is unacceptable and I wanted to discuss it. Their answering service says to push 0 to leave a message for the office and you receive an error that you have selected an incorrect number.
I texted the number that had been texting me to set up the appointment and told them I wanted an owner to call me back as this was unacceptable and I was concerned that this appointment would result in the dishwasher still broken as the technician did not know my error code when he loaded his truck for the day.
The technician received the message to his phone and called me and told me he was sending the call back to to the warranty company.
I worked for an Appliance Service company in Washington. I know how service software works and how the information and pictures can be uploaded to help a technician plans his day and load his truck.
The lack of flexibility to schedule due to work commitments and the lack of preparedness when a client gives you all the information and then having us wait hours for them is unacceptable period. -
Lee with TN appliance exchange was courteous , knowledgeable , and on time both appointments. He diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and ordered the part. Before he came back to do the repair, he checked that the part was waiting at my home. Everyone I have dealt with at Tn appliance exchange, including the scheduler, is professional. I was reminded of the appointment by text & given a phone number Incase something came up. So far everything is good with my refrigerator . I am very happy. Patti McKinney- Muller

Jimmy Pivacek did an amazing job. He was efficient in finding the problem with our oven and ordering the parts needed to replace. Thank you Jimmy! Oven works like it is brand new.
-
Andre was sent out twice and basically called us liars about our dishwasher not working. Very unprofessional and did not resolve our issue.

I have been using TN Appliance LLC for a little while now for multi family housing rentals and I have been very pleased. My recent interaction with their technician, Jimmy, was 10/10. Jimmy has a great attitude and smile every time you see him and figured out the issue to a dryer not working properly. I will be doing more business with them in the future.
Thank you guys so much! -
Took care of our ice maker problem under warranty. Had to re-order the correct part and got it installed and working well.

I wish I could give them a zero. They have the worst customer service. I asked for them to call me repeatedly and the only Communication’s were through text. They didn’t complete the job and will not return my calls.

John was an exceptional repairman! He was very knowledgeable and professional! I recommend TN Appliance for any appliance repair! Exceeded my expectations!

Company sent repair man who said could not do job alone, took replacement part with him. Said would return with help. Another repair man came to complete job, alone, asked for part. Advised other repair man took. Had a no show then repairman overslept, had to call to see where he was. Very annoying process. I missed work, inconvenienced relative who sat and waited for no one to come or call.

The service technician was extremely professional, courteous, and kind. Although we were five minutes late arriving at the house, he patiently waited for us. He promptly addressed and resolved the issue, getting everything back up and running. Thank you again for the excellent service.

TN Appliance Exchange was the servicer for both our dishwasher and refrigerator (two separate occasions) per extended warranties from Lowes. On the day prior to our scheduled appointment, we typically received a text msg indicating our technician's name and approximate arrival time. The experiences were generally pleasant, decently professional, and effective, as both appliances continue to operate without issue.
On both occasions, our service involved the technician needing to order a necessary part and then return 1-1.5 weeks later. On one occasion, we were waiting to hear back once they received an ordered part. After a couple of weeks, I reached out to ask for an update and discovered the part was mistakenly never ordered. The individual responsible for ordering parts was apparently on vacation, and the employee covering this responsibility was very apologetic and I believe they ended up putting a rush on the order. -
Took way too long to respond and complete the request. Total time three weeks!
Head tech came out today (9/22/2025) and so far the issue appears resolved. I will keep you posted on this repair after TWO months! Regards. -
Andre arrived on time. He was professional and worked quickly.
