We have used Stratus for our healthcare office cleaning service for over a year now. Chris is great and checks in often to make sure that we are happy; he also inspects the office periodically in person to make sure that all cleaning is being done properly. The cleaning crew does a great job and the few times that something has been missed they have come back and corrected it right away. We are happy with Stratus as our cleaning provider and recommend them to others who are needing a cleaning service.

Our nonprofit is very content with the service provided by Victoria and her team. They come in on weekends, and when we return to the office, it smells great and feels nice. They have communicated well and respond to requests and needs quickly. It is easy to work with them!

BE WARNED! Stratus promises you a lot and then doesn't deliver. They do a subpar, sloppy job and then sue you to pay them. We had a horrible experience with them. Check references before you sign their contract.

Chris and his team are great! They are thorough, thoughtful and consistently reach out for feedback on their services. They accommodate our schedule and have helped us beyond our standard cleaning - doing other services that help our building stay in top shape.

We use this cleaning service at my office; they have been the best cleaning service we've had so far, and we have tired A LOT of other companies. The crew is very attentive and adjusts their methods/techniques any time we leave notes. We also have monthly inspections from someone with the company and they are always happy to take our comments or concerns and pass them along to the crew. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing cleaning services!

I cannot say enough great things about Stratus Cleaning! We hired them to clean our apartment community clubhouse and all of our amenities. Everything is so clean and smells great.
