We have used Stratus Building Solutions to clean our office for several years now. Most cleaning services are not always 100% perfect and Stratus is always very good but sometimes we have had an issue or two. What is exceptional is that Stratus asks for our feedback on a regular basis. Also exceptional is that they address any issue we have and provide information on how they are addressing it and check back with us to see if it was addressed to our satisfaction. Other companies have asked to give us a quote for cleaning but I just let them know that we are happy with our current service.
