The gentlemen came on time, explained what they needed to do and began working. Throughout the process I could see immediate change in my sectional. It was if the furniture started to sparkle. Unfortunately, at no fault of their own, there was a stain that could not be removed and was understandable but barely noticeable. Great customer service and straight to the point. Will definitely use them again for other services. Excellent job. Which I would have taken a before picture.

Great service the dude was very nice and friendly he did a super amazing job the price was very good compared to what the other companies where charging and he was very flexible with setting up a appointment and coming and getting to cleaning my carpets , he left them looking brand new

Jordan and Brooklyn were incredibly respectful, kind, and professional the entire time. They showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done perfectly to my picky liking before they left, they even re ran there tools to show me how permanent a stain was. Kevin goes above and beyond. We had another carpet cleaner chem-dry come out but carpets still looked filthy. Hired Kevin to redo them and they were night and day better. A++++++++

This family owned business is very trustworthy, my carpets looked flawless and I have two dogs. I did the deodorize treatment and after they finished, my house smelt nothing like my dogs. Brooklyn and Jordan were absolutely wonderful to work with and I will definitely be asking them back soon.

Nashville Steam Clean is now my go-to. Kevin was extremely responsive, reliable, and professional. The prices are competitive. I had a large vintage sofa and set of chairs cleaned that the previous owner had told me they had professionally cleaned before I purchased them. I couldn’t believe the difference once Kevin cleaned them! Specifically the sofa- it was night and day! I’m attaching photos of the sofa before and after, as well as what Kevin extracted. (The first photo with the plant is the “before”, and the other two are after the sofa was cleaned. See how much more fluffy it is?!)Since the first appointment, I’ve had four rugs cleaned and have scheduled to have a sectional cleaned soon. Coming from a small town, I enjoy working with a company that is professional and efficient and treats me like an old friend rather than a number.
