And all around disappointing experience. They did not clean the other side of the railings from the main treads on the stairs landing. They did something to the trim in my shower and trying to get them to come back and fix it was very difficult she would offer me a time on Fridays when I have to work, and if I couldn’t make that it would be the next Friday After a couple of weeks waiting I sent very unresponsive and slow to respond to areas that needed to be addressed

As far as I’m concerned, this company doesn’t even deserve one star. I made it perfectly clear to Mara on the phone 3 times in the same conversation what I needed. She said no problem. Crew shows up, don’t speak any English, and had no clue what I had hired them to do. Next crew shows up, don’t speak English, one of the women was rude. This company is horrible.

Paid for a deep cleaning and extra for carpet to be cleaned. They honestly did a good job on the parts of the carpet that were cleaned. However, most of the other parts bathrooms, kitchen floors, showers, etc had not been cleaned. I had to have another company come clean it and it looked incredible. Dahmer did offer half my money back, but was inconvenient and disappointed that I even had to go through this process. I would recommend you just choose a different company and avoid the headache.

Just used Daher Cleaning Services for the first time for my 2 Bed/2 Bath condo. They did an excellent job! My home even smelled clean! I'm very picky and when I brought up that the master bathroom was not perfect but ok, they came back the next day and made it perfect. They gave me a written explanation of what each cleaning project would cost (they cleaned my oven for a small extra fee) and were super easy to work with.
